Why is Pinkie's eye like that?

That's something I call "Kill-O-Meter"! (Yes, this is also a fat reference)

Basically, it's a way of identifying Pinkie's mood as if she were an unconventional predator.

I know it might be hard to tell since my artistic skills are kinda wonky, but those eye slits are inspired by geodes!!

I thought it'd be an interesting aesthetic to play with, since the girl comes from a Rock Farm and has a deep connection to celestial bodies.

So!!! Whenever she's super super super mad, her face just cracks, her blood oozes and floats both up and down, and all these body horror goodies I can't really get right!--

Anyway! As always, this story will be mostly based on dreams I had (yes, I dream about pretty sinister things and I gotta love my brain for it); so, a rework of the original fanfic, with a fat chunk of Happy Death Day as inspiration because I love that movie. Only the first, though-- the second one is super ass.

I really really really really wanna work on this one because I can work with angst, blood, and loads of toxic yuri-- AND I LOVE ALL OF IT. Also some character development bits, since I plan to split the main story in two parts. ✨

Meet the leader of Wind Reach and Dreamtide's Element of Fury: Razor Hail!

Starting with the catalyst responsible for the awakening of the rest of the Elements of Harmony, of course!

Razor is, for the most part, the protector of winged creatures in general. Many admire the way she does things, no matter how reckless it may seem, and that reputation is exactly what led Wind Reach to be seen as a safe haven for most who live in the skies. Her hearing is incredibly sharp, and she seems to have her ears pretty much everywhere.

When she isn’t busy with her usual duties (exploding others during a thunderstorm cough cough) Razor often visits Soothsayer at the Animal Sanctuary for a small tea time. Unfortunately, this habit ends up being a double-edged sword for her thanks to a past she still hasn’t managed to move on from.

Residents of Wind Reach often associate Razor Hail with the ancient Element of Fury and storm goddess Ibura, thanks to their similar appearance and personality!

Been a little minute, but that’s okay. Sometimes ponies need time apart. Sometimes ponies start a themed storytelling blog when they’re unable to work and have to lie down a lot but then they’re fortunate enough to be able to receive back surgery that works and then they recover from that and can work again. Sometimes ponies become much more popular than they ever intended and get a little anxious and burnt out. And that’s okay. And then sometimes they take a few extended breaks and feel teeeeerrrriiiible about it each tiiiime

Author (me, hi) has been toiling away working a day job and creating a physical art portfolio so the focus hasn’t been here. My very apologies. There’s a lot going on in fucking general for everybody right now, let alone personally. My mind is constantly everywhere and it’s a miracle I get anything done.

I keep typing and erasing a bunch of shit cause I don’t wanna be a fuckin downer lol. Whatever, everything is fine

So anyway, I guess, I can upload a couple pages a month. Takes a lot less time to draw digitally vs paint traditionally of course.

yesterday forever sounds pretty familiar to me. have you been on Sonic amino before by any chance?

Yes I have!!! Although Yesterday Forever is an MLP based project, the muses to debut in the first chapter were Whisper and Tangle!

"But Jupiter, if it's an MLP project, why do it with Sonic characters?" - Because I was on my STH hyper fixation at that time, and since I wanted to write something to relieve stress, I ended up using these two instead.

Many points would remain the same on a general basis, but some things would obviously change. Like the ending, which would be ambiguous and leave many questions unanswered if I decided to go ahead with that sudden change of tracks – and the general use of emotions, too!

I wouldn't explain what Tangle is, how that world works, and why everything happens the way it does! I would focus more on working through Whisper's traumas and developing a relationship between the two as the chapters progressed.

The second chapter was almost ready too, actually! But then Amino died and I kind of dropped the idea for a while.

Still, I really enjoyed working with this idea! But if I stop to think about it now, I would really have to leave a lot of loose ends in the story, because some event lines wouldn't fit very well into the overall universe. I mean, Tangle would prolly end up being considered an "EXE" of sorts, and that'd legit piss me off.

Amino was a disgraceful place, but it was my second home of sorts-- Shame on the extremely poor management team.
