END OF AN ERAâŚâŚ.
Reasons why Barbie as The Princess and the Pauper is a  seriously underappreciated animated movie:
âboth the princess and the pauper are in situations that teach self-sacrifice for the good of others
âthe plot is complex and has multiple angles that all work together really well
âthe glittery, feminine blonde princess is a science nerd
âthe princess and the pauper are instant BFFs
âthe songs are cute and catchy, but are also important to the storyline
âthe love stories are realistic; the princess is in love with her best friend/tutor who sheâs known for years, and the pauper falls in love with the king from a neighboring country because of their shared interests and beliefs
âthe villain is a flamboyant and obnoxious character who is so hilarious all by himself that you will honestly laugh out loud more than once
âthereâs a street cat that barks
âthe street cat that barks falls in love with the dainty, sassy feline from the castle
âthe princess and the pauper never go anywhere without their pets, and the pets return the favor by helping them whenever they need it
âdid I mention the songs?
âthe villainâs henchmen are named Nick and Nack
âthe king (the pauperâs love interest) likes disguises for no apparent reason
âthe tutor (the princessâ love interest) saves the day, like, three times without expecting a rewardÂ
âboth the king and the tutor become bros in a single bonding moment as they simultaneously chase down the villain that tried to hurt their women
âall the main characters are interesting
ânot only does the king refuse to believe the pauper is anything but good despite the evidence that sheâs a criminal, but he also patiently waits for her for months while sheâs living her dream of traveling the world, and then takes her back the moment she shows up at his front door because heâs faithful to her
âthe princess breaks royal tradition by marrying the tutor, but also finds a way to secure the wealth of her kingdom first so that her people will be happy
âthereâs a double wedding
âthe pauper wears a choker with her wedding dress at the double wedding
âliterally everything is girly; even the castle is pink
âthe overall point of the whole movie is that you are special and beautiful, and that as long as you stay positive and support each other, everyone will get their happy ending
BONUS: there are specially-animated outtakes during the credits
also: âtheresâ a french horse âthe pauper makes AMAZING dresses âthe barbie dolls would SING TOGETHER âAND YOUâRE ALWAYS FREE TO BEGIN AGAIN AND YOUâRE ALWAYS FREE TO BELIEVE âthe princess and the pauper are both hella resourceful âBEDSHEET GHOST CAT ââHow can you be king?â âYouâre the tutor; youâre supposed to have all the answers.â
-the street cat and the dog have biological children together, somehow

@edderkopper always time for crab
yesterday for April Foolâs my workplace had a short training article on recognizing computer-generated faces from real ones and one of the tricks mentioned was âcount the teethâ and I just wanted to say that itâs both ironic and kind of horrifying how society has unwittingly cycled right back to IF YE MEET A MAN ON THE ROAD, COUNT HIS FINGERS LEST YE DEAL UNKNOWING WITH A FAEÂ
Whereâs that image with the self driving car that is trapped in a salt circle made of âdo not crossâ symbols that its software wonât let it disobey
This one?
THE FAE ARE NOT GONE HUMANS JUST MADE THEM CYBORGS

Hi! Iâm Still Alive
Itâs been a weird and sometimes scary few years for me- throughout it, though, Iâve always fully intended on eventually coming back to this blog. Iâll spare you the long post or sob story. There are a few things Iâm looking for here:
Are my followers still active? I mean, I can see this blog still gets a decent amount of activity, but do people still use the blogs they followed me with? (I plan on continuing this anyways, ofc, itâs mostly out of curiosity, and also connects to my next question)
Iâve spoken about moving this blog elsewhere before, and I know that to be something I want to go through with. I regret making this a sideblog. But should I keep it on tumblr, or move it somewhere else, like wordpress? Iâve been torn on that for a while.
If you have the time, Iâd ask that you please please fill out this quick typeform for me to help me get a good idea of these!! I want to try and be as accessible as I can be with this blog, and answering these questions will help me out with that immensely.
Miss Major, a Black trans woman whoâs been an activist for LGBT communities for DECADES, has had her fundraiser up for FIVE YEARS by know, which is for her to be able to retire with dignity. Not with luxury, but with dignity.
Weâre talking about a lady who was at Stonewall, the incident that the white kweers love to talk about. Sheâs dedicated her whole life to LGBT rights and other causes, sheâs done WAY more for LGBT rights than a stupid white gay show could ever dream to do, and that if it actually isnât a scam.
And that shit gets funded within two days? 15,000 in less than two fucking days and Miss Major hasnât reached her goal of 200,000 since May 2013.
Sheâs at 117,991 dollars as of now, after more than five years.
If people had donated a little over 210 dollars each two days sheâd be reaching her goal JUST NOW. If this Butch Pal thing fundraiser had been open for about the same time that Miss Majorâs has, getting 15,000 each two days, in those same five years theyâd get around 14,175,000 dollars.
If Miss Major had steadily received 15,000 dollars each two days, she would have reached her goal within less than a month.
But I guess an unrealistic dumb white show made by transmisogynists and antisemites who hate poor people and threat 17 years old kids for criticizing them is way more important than giving back to a woman whoâs done so much for LGBT rights for such a long time.
Anyway, donate to Miss Majorâs retirement fundraiser.
She has over half of her goal, everyone. Keep going.
Hey so in the wake of Trumpâs Administration threatening trans rights I just want you to know that itâs imperative that you support this woman and other trans people. She and other trans activists paved the way and sacrificed too much to get the progress we have today and now she and the rest of us are having to fight for our right to legally exist. Support Miss Major. Donate.

âMuslims forced to drink alcohol and eat pork in Chinaâs âre-educationâ camps, former inmate claims âThe psychological pressure is enormous when you have to criticise yourself, denounce your thinking,â says detaineeâ these are from may 2018.
The majority being discriminated against are called Uyghurs. Khazaks, Uzbeks, and Tajiks are also being ostracized. They are Turkic minorities. They are people. And the world is unaware.
There is an estimated one million people in these so called âre-education campsâ. Uyghur people are being forced to assimilate into Chinese culture through marriage. Uyghur children are forced to learn Mandarin and Uyghurqi, the language, is prohibited to be taught in schools. There is a lot of Uyghur unemployment due to ethnic discrimination. Uyghur people are routinely, unjustly imprisoned, and many die. An elderly Uyghur poet was imprisoned. An Uyghur couple my family knows was beaten, and the wife suffered a miscarriage. These are just a few examples of discrimination.
Rebiya Kadeer is fighting for our voices to be heard. She is one of many who was unjustly imprisoned, due to her political activism. She was put on death row and was told to keep quiet or her family would be killed. More than 30 of her relatives have been unjustly detained in the concentration camps. Read her book (Dragon Fighter).
My culture is forcefully being erased. My people are dying. Who is listening? Who can help us?
This is ethnic cleansing.
This is the coming of the second Holocaust. I know that that word cannot be used lightly, which is why I am using it. I hope you all understand the severity of the situation.
Please spread the word. Be aware of this. Tell your friends, your family, anyone who will listen.
Uyghurs canât reach out for help, but you can on their behalf.
Please.
Of course this is linked to Chinaâs âWar On Terror.â

âž What is moonsalt? â˝
I knew moonsalt since I was a little kid, and I  had no idea that it was witchcraft. thing. Basically moonsalt = salt+ash+oil. Of course you can add wahtever you want to  this is just a base.
âž What i need to make it? â˝
â 1 or 2 teaspoons of salt (normal or sea salt, I prefer normal)
â piece of paper and a pen
â some oil (I use lavender oil)
Write a sigil on the paper. I mostly use protection or balance sigil. Then burn the paper (be carefull!)
Mix ash, salt and oil and keep it safe in a tiny bottle. You can carry your moonsalt in your bag for protection or keep it in your house for balance.Â
âž Why moonsalt? â˝
I was a kid when I called it like that, probably because of its colour.Â
âž Moonsalt will help you to keep balance in your life and its really simple to do even for baby witches â˝
