Okay Taylor,

I think I’m finally ready to voice my opinions on you cancelling your appearance at at the Melbourne Cup. Only hours before it was announced that you were performing, I had decided to actually go. A few hours later I deeply believed it was kismet. I was over then moon. I couldn’t stop talking about it. Put it in my diary and I couldn’t sleep. We were making plans- I bought a dress, it was lilac, a nice pastel, perfect for Lover. I was going to pack my Stella McCartney tie dye tee (cause it should’ve arrived in time) and wear it when you started. We were gonna stay my the stage all day, cause we didn’t care about the horse race, we only cared about you. We were gonna sneak in a flask full of Patron, and if you sang ‘You Need to Calm Down’, well I guess you know when we were gonna drink it. I was so excited I couldn’t sleep the night I found out. I had my ultimate dream list of what you would sing. My realistic dream list, and what I actually thought you would sing. But now it’s been a little over a week since you cancelled. Officially only your second cancellation in your career.

So @taylorswift, I love you. And although I’m not mad, I’m quite disappointed.
