most frappuccinos are over 200 cals, but if you get coconut or almond milk it’s usually pretty close to 200. My go to starbucks order is a venti strawberry açaí refresher (no lemonade) with extra ice, double blended. it creates a sweet strawberry slushie for only 130 calories, and it’s big so i can’t drink it in one sitting.
