It’s extremely saddening to see the monstrosities going on in the United States right now.
I don’t understand the term ‘conservative’. I know the definition. Trust me. I know the definition. I’ve had it told me and yelled at me many times. To me though, it just seems like people are wishing they could go back to living in 1950.

He’s gone. I’m alone and I’m bummed/sad/frustrated and very lonely.

For all the years I heard about how awful long distance relationships are, I never took the time to really care about the struggle people were going through. Now that I find myself struggling to stay connected to someone 2,000 miles away all I want to do is throw caution to the wind, put life on hold and get on a plane.
I get it now. I’m starting to see just why and how people can give up everything for a relationship. When it’s right, it’s right. Why would you want to let that pass you by?
Even the worst, most intractable mistakes beats the hell out of not trying.
