Am I the only one who thinks Alan Grant from Jurassic park would make an absolutely merciless and evil ler? Like can’t you imagine him describing how raptors hunt, using just one finger to draw out a map on the character’s stomach while explaining, and occasionally asking if they’re listening?

tickling's a fantastic (and encouraged) way to cut people off, especially when you're trying to compliment them. your lee's being insecure, or self-deprecating, insisting day and night that they're "not cute", and that their laugh "sounds bad", just tickle them! dig your fingers between their ribs until any inklings of them being less than the perfect, adorable people they are, is sent packing. or better yettttt, since they just love being tickled so much, have them list off their top three favorite facts about themself, and don't lay a finger on them until they do! it can be their hair, or their talent, or their kindness, or any other lil' trait. and with each answer, inch your fingers closer, closer, closer. and when they list off the fiiiiinal feature, make. them. squeal.

So I finished watching The Owl House recently (yah I know I’m suuuper late 😂) but I just gotta say

I LOVE HUNTER SO MUCH!!!

Despite his rocky start, he’s such a sweetheart. And the fact that he’s actually such a soft person is so fucking CUTE! I just wanna pinch his cheeks and give him a hug 😭

I also just relate to him so much, the way he’s a bit prone to lashing out when distressed, but also how he’s always so quietly, and and shamefully apologetic in his expressions when he realizes he was wrong. He’s just such a baby and I LOVE HIIIM

Also if anyone wants to tag some cute Hunter Lee fics that’d be so cool of you heheheh

I will never get over Silcos movements. His emotions. Like… the way he expresses them.

In most cases it’s extremely subtle but it makes it even better and I can go crazy about the detail.

Of course there are these moments with Jinx on the bridge or with Sevika and Finn in his office where he shows off strong emotions… mostly shock

Or when he goes completely berserk

But for me it’s the small reactions that you notice when you really observe him and pay attention to the detail

This heartbreaking little nod when he says “you’re my daughter” as if he’s reassuring himself

The small scoffs he does

The little smirks at some points

In the scene with Jayce there is this tongue in the cheek thing he does while thinking

When Jayce starts reading the contract he does this funny little face THAT IS SO SUBTLE but GOD I LOVE IT

And when Jayce walks past him you can see him do something close to lip biting/chewing while he gets more frustrated

The way he rolls his eyes

I love all of these things and I could rewatch this show for the 20th time and still find more of them

Can’t stress enough how much I love this show AND ITS DETAILS

I've also always loved the way his thumb very gently caresses Jinx's face before lowering her into the river. It's so subtle and sweet.
