Mystic Falls High School, I can’t say that you’ll be missed by me.
Congratulations Jeremy!
Another Story → Bonnie + Quinn
Quinn took off her sunglasses, placing them on top of her head as she nodded along to Bonnie’s words. She knew exactly what Bonnie meant. Quinn hadn’t been too sure herself about returning to Mystic Falls, but with Daniel in danger as well as Mike and Gwen, she just couldn’t stay in her new home and let some great evil or whatever hurt people she cared about. “Yeah, I get it. I’m really glad you’re here though.” The blonde girl said, smiling fondly at her friend. “You know my mom doesn’t even know I’m back here. She and my step dad think I’m in New York spending a couple weeks with Rachel and Blaine before Caroline and I leave to France for the rest of the summer just like we were suppose to before all those.” Quinn laughed remembering how much Caroline had been complaining about their change of plans. “Caroline is still pouting about it, and I’m sure if you mentioned France to her she’ll go on a rant about it.”
At Bonnie’s question Quinn scoffed. What hadn’t happen? She had only been back in Mystic Falls for two weeks and it seemed like she never left. All hell was breaking loose left to right, and there seemed to be no stopping it. “Well let’s start with why we’re here.” Quinn began, as she button up the rest of her white top to cover up the bathing suit she wore underneath. “You know that mysterious message we got two weeks ago? Where it said ’ If you care at all about seeing Daniel Salvatore and his progeny survive, return to Mystic Falls by tomorrow.’? Well we’ve all pretty much come up with the conclusion that we just walked into a trap coming back here. Someone burned down Daniel’s house, but they left some weird mark behind like a warning I guess. I asked some of my hunter friends from back in New Haven to help me look into it. We came up with the conclusion that it’s a witches mark , so we got one of our witch friends from the coven to help us look into it. It’s why I went back there the other day to check up on what they came up with it. It’s definitely a witches mark with dark magic and it’s older than dust. We just can’t seem to figure out who the witch is and what exactly do they want. The only thing we know for sure is that whatever great evil is coming, it’s not just coming for Daniel and his progeny, it’s coming for us too. We’re the pawn in this game.” Quinn frowned as she finished her little ramble. It was all starting to really sink in at that moment, and she wasn’t sure if she liked the feeling it was all giving her.
Rolling her eyes, she lifted up her legs on to the chair and wrapped her arms around them as she continued with the rest of the happening in town. “In other news, it turns out that while I was away gathering my information, Noah Puckerman was dying from a werewolf bite.” She was still upset about the whole thing, and it was made obvious by the deep frown upon her face. “Klaus set loose a werewolf on him during the full moon, and from what Puck told me this morning Klaus only agreed to help him with some of his blood if they made some sort of deal. Puck said that Klaus didn’t tell him what, just that he’d let him know eventually. Which you know means more trouble on top of the one we are already dealing with.” Could their lives be anymore dramatic? Quinn couldn’t help but think as she thought of all that was going on. It was exhausting.
Quinn was then distracted by Bonnie’s question. A laugh escaped her lips at the pout on her friend’s lips. “Of course you can stay here, Bonnie!” Quinn announced, letting go of her legs, and moving to embrace her friend. “I pretty much live in a castle all by myself. There are more rooms here than I can count so you have your choice on which one you want to stay in.” She said, pulling away from Bonnie.”
Bonnie laughed about Caroline pouting. She was still the same person Bonnie loved and missed. "That sounds like Caroline." She commented with a smile. Bonnie listened to everything Quinn was saying taking it all in. She couldn't believe everything that was happening but it was Mystic Falls after all there was always something happening. Bonnie nodded every once in awhile showing she was listening. "A witches mark." She said curiously. Bonnie knew some things about the dark magic but she never heard of a witch leaving a mark before.
"Klaus is still here, great." Bonnie said hoping she doesn't run into him at any time while she is in town. Bonnie wondered what the deal would be with Klaus it's always something bad. "Thanks Quinn, it's really nice of you to let me stay here." Bonnie replied thankful for her best friend. Quinn was always there for everyone and it was something Bonnie admired about her. "I talked to Jer when I came back. How has he been?" She asked wanting to make sure everything had been good for him. Bonnie wanted nothing more then Jeremy to be completely happy in life, it was a main reason she came back to help.
Another Story → Bonnie + Quinn
Quinn grinned brightly at her friend as she spoke, not being able to hide her excitement of having her here. “Of course you passed! You’ve been studying for that finale none stop for the past month. I swear there were times I thought you were going to light your books on fire with how hard you were concentrating.” She giggled at that, taking Bonnie’s hand as she led her to the lounge chair she had been on so they could both take a seat. She dismissed Debbie, her new maid, and then turned to give Bonnie her full attention. “I wish you would have told me you were coming back today. I would have waited for you so we could have come back together when I went back to New Haven on Thursday to see my mom and step-dad. I got back Saturday afternoon and you have no idea everything that went on while I was gone.” Quinn paused to take a breath. “But tell me. Why haven’t you see your dad yet? I know you two are going through your stuff, but he’s still your dad and he does love you. Take it from me whose father hasn’t spoken to her or even acknowledged her existence for almost four years.”
Bonnie laughed at Quinn's comment about the book. "At one point I thought it was going to catch on fire too." She replied thinking about how hard she studied even though it probably wasn't necessary. Bonnie walked behind Quinn and sat across from her on another long chair. "I wasn't sure I was going to be coming back. It was a last minute decision but my friends need me so I had no choice but too." Bonnie confessed to Quinn knowing she wouldn't judge her on not wanting to come back at all. Mystic was a hard place for Bonnie to even think about let alone come back too. "Can you fill me in on what's happening here, I asked Finn but he wasn't too sure himself." Bonnie asked still trying to fully understand why her old friends and her all needed to come back. "I know he loves me but I don't think I'm ready to just go and stay there that's kind of why I came here first. Is it okay if I just stay here with you instead?" Bonnie asked Quinn with a pouty face hoping Quinn would be completely fine with it.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
I would love that, Bon, it’d be like old times.
Yes it would. It would be great to see everyone too.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
Never if I can help it. Yeah, me too, it’s a bittersweet reunion I suppose.
We should all get together while we are all in town at the same time. It would be fun like old times.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
Thanks, Bonnie. I appreciate that. I’m not the only one though, you’re off at Yale learning about your magic. You’re doing so many great things, I’m proud to be your friend. I understand, Bon. We all had to get away. Mystic Falls isn’t an easy town to live in these days. I’m just glad to see you again.
Ya I guess we all went away for the better. It changed all of us for the good. I'm happy to see you too Elena. Do you maybe want to do something tonight?
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
Busy, but you know me, always got a full plate. Good because I need my Bonnie fix ASAP. Just catching up and seeing everyone while we’re here, it’s crazy how much changes in a year.
Of course you did Care have a full plate when is it ever empty? I'm actually kind of glad I came now. It's good seeing Elena and you. I heard all of us have came back which I'm kind of surprised to see everyone back but at the same time I'm happy about it.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
Jenna’s…Jenna. She’s been keeping a bottle of Tequila company. Jeremy is about to graduate and doing great, I’m so proud of him. Daniel is fine, I guess. Those things should always come first. I went on a date with Finn a week or two ago, but I haven’t really seen him since. These days I’m much less focused on guys and more on me. If something happens that’s great, but if not, that’s alright too.
It's good to hear that everyone is doing well. I'm proud of you Elena. You're doing so great. You have grown up so much. I'm sorry I left you guys, I really did miss you guys a lot. I just had to get away for me.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
How have you been? When are you free? I want to hear about your year!
I've been good, how about you? I'm free now actually. What have you been up too?
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
I’m staying at my old house with Jenna, Jeremy, and Daniel Salvatore, oddly enough. I saw Stefan today and it went well. I think we can finally be friends. Any boy news in your life?
How are they? That's good, I'm glad you two are finally talking. Of course not. I was too busy with school and witch stuff. Any boy new in your life Miss Gilbert?
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
What the hell took you so long?
I missed you to Caroline.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
Don’t worry about it, Bonnie, I can handle them if they do. That or I’ll just unleash Fairy Puckerman on them. Why don’t you just stay with Quinn? I saw her the other day at Java Brew and she mentioned that her friend Sami who came with her had to go back to New Haven because of some of family stuff, and now she’s staying alone at her family’s home. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind you staying with her, you’re one of her best friends after all, and the Bloodworth Estate is pretty big for her to be staying there alone with just the servants.
As long as you'll be fine even though I could fix it in a second with some magic. I think I might do that. That's a great idea Finn, thank you! That's actually a great idea.
Another Story → Bonnie + Quinn
Quinn had spent the entire day lounging by the poolside, a wine glass in hand and a half empty bottle waiting for her on the small table beside her. The moment was bittersweet for Quinn, it reminded her of a time when her older sister had moved back to Mystic Falls after her divorce and the two girls would relax around the house with a glass of wine bonding over silly gossip while Andrew, her sister’s son, slept upstairs. Although Quinn wasn’t legally allowed to drink, Charlie would make the exception for her. It made her sad to think that she’d never see her sister again. Charlie was a vampire now, and she had left giving no reason, leaving her son and family behind. “Stay out of it. Don’t look for me, don’t even think of me. Go on with your life, marry your boyfriend, have little mutt babies, and get out of this town. I’ll see you when I see you, sis.” Charlie’s words still echoed in her head, and she couldn’t help but laugh every time she thought of them.
Quinn never listened. She had searched for her sister, but got nothing on her whereabouts. She thought of Charlie every single day, even when she wasn’t trying to. There was one thing she did do though. She went on with her life, but it wasn’t with Tyler. They broke up for the last time, and said their goodbyes, finally being able to close that chapter in their lives. It had been a nice love story while it lasted, but now it was just a painful memory. Quinn left Mystic Falls after winter break when she got her early acceptance letter to Yale for her to begin in the fall. In a desperate attempt for that normal life she always wanted, Quinn left Mystic Falls with only letters she left her friends as her goodbye. It was a cowards move, but Quinn couldn’t bring herself to face them. She was able to finish the rest of her senior year of high school in New Haven, but was unsuccessful on running away from the supernatural world. She had only been there for a few days before she found out that New Haven wasn’t so different from Mystic Falls. It was witch and werewolf territory, a town that was not only protected by a family of hunters, but a secret coven of witches as well. Tired of running from her past and getting nowhere eventually Quinn gave into the supernatural world, slowly learning to embrace her Bloodworth family legacy as hunters,
She had kept this life a secret from her friends in Mystic Falls, not wanting them worry about her on top of their own supernatural problems back home. All but one. Bonnie Bennett. Quinn couldn’t keep anything from her even if she tried, and once Bonnie got accepted to Yale, and moved to New Haven after graduation, Quinn told her the truth about everything that was going on. It had been such a relief to get that off her chest, but having Bonnie with her in New Haven with all that crazy had been her saving grace. Her thoughts were suddenly interrupted by the new maid’s voice calling her name. Glancing up through her sunglasses she noticed another person beside her. It just so happened to be the person she was thinking about. “Bonnie!” Quinn exclaimed, jumping to her feet she placed the wine glass down on the table before wrapping her arms around Bonnie, and pulling her into a hug. “I didn’t know you were already here! How did your last final go?” She couldn’t help but ask that last part as she pulled away from the embrace. They might be fighting supernatural crime, but that didn’t mean they didn’t have normal lives to deal with too.
After Bonnie had got in town and said hello to some old friends that just got into town also she was headed over to Quinn's house. It was something Finn said that made her want to go even more. She hadn't seen Quinn for a bit due to still being at Yale for her last final. Bonnie had just got done talking to Finn and drove over to Quinn's house. When she arrived she knocked on the door lightly and was greeted by one of the maids of the house. "Hey is Quinn here?" She asked the tiny maid who had a broom in her hand. The maid nodded and gestured Bonnie to follow her.
Bonnie couldn't help but look around while she followed the maid. Quinn had told her about her house in Mystic but she couldn't imagine it like this. It was a beautiful house everything looked new. As they went out back she spotted Quinn sitting beside the pool deep in her thoughts. A smile rose on Bonnie's face when Quinn noticed her, she missed her best friend. Bonnie hugged her back squeezing Quinn a little. "I just arrived back I ran into a few old friends then came straight here my own dad doesn't even know I'm here. My last final was hard but it was good. Passed of course." Bonnie told Quinn happily feeling a little proud of herself. "How are you? Enjoying the nice weather I see." Bonnie added.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
Of course we will. It’s nice to know that when everything seems like it’s always changing, you’ll always be here trying to keep everything the way it should be. I’ve been here for about two weeks. You?
Of course I will. What are friends Elena we help no matter what. Where are you staying? I actually just arrived it seems Stefan and I back at the same time.
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
I don’t know yet, until things get resolved I guess. Good, I’m glad you found more people that could help you on your journey with magic. Still keeping everything in balance, Bon?
Well I hope we get to hang out while we're both here. Ya it's been great. Of course I am it's my job. How long have you been in town?
Well I'm back in Mystic. Hello everyone.
It’s really nice for you to offer, but I can handle it. Thanks though. I’m sure it’ll be okay. He’s your dad and he loves you.
Okay, but what if someone breaks in at night? Welcome. I know he does but that doesn't mean it won't be awkward to go home to someone you haven't really talked to and live there.
