The first wave of new mint gum filling your mouth. Winter air hitting your face and making your cheeks red. Going home, straight up to your room, throwing your backpack on the ground and falling onto your bed in contentment. That feeling when you say the perfect comeback. Walking through a busy street with your headphones in. That half smile when the person you like does something cute. Shoving your hands deeper into your pocket. Writing down a whole list of things you wanna do today, only to realize it’s too much and you’re kinda lazy. Not taking shit from anyone. If anyone makes someone else cry in your presence (whether or not you know the victim) they better start running. Fitting perfectly into your lover and friend’s arms. Putting your hood on. Sucking on ice. Tapping your nails against hard surfaces. Following trees and lampposts with your eyes as your car drives past.
