Maybe you have to know the darkness before you can appreciate the light.

Twitter chat alert for Fantasy fans! Susan Dennard (Something Strange and Deadly series, Truthwitch) & Kate Elliott (Court of Fives) will be on twitter discussing all things fantasy on Sept 9, 2015 (Wednesday) at 8pm. :D
Adrian laughed just then, a weird kind of laugh that made my skin crawl. "Young girls? Young girls? Sure. Young and old at the same time. They've barely seen anything in life, yet they've already seen too much. One's marked with life, and one's marked with death ... but they're the ones you're worried about? Worry about yourself, dhampir. Worry about you, and worry about me. We're the ones who are young." The rest of just sort of stared. I don't think anyone had expected Adrian to suddenly take an abrupt trip to Crazyville.

Last Sacrifice: “She looks kind of uptight.”
Bloodlines: “You’re a solid person, Sage.”
The Golden Lily: “I look at you, and you’re like… like light made into flesh.”
The Indigo Spell: “You’re my flame in the dark.”
The Fiery Heart: “Sydney Sage, the aforementioned girlfriend and light of my life,”
Silver Shadows: “Sydney Katherine Sage,” he said, his green eyes full of love and earnestness. “Would you do a brooding, deadbeat Moroi the honor of being his wife?”
The Ruby Circle: “Being with you is the best thing that’s ever happened to me, the one perfect decision I’ve made in a lifetime of fumbling and poor judgment.“

Book Cover Remakes: The Hunger Games Trilogy (x)

These are fictional book covers for the first books of the series.
I had to make them for my university application and theye were so much fun to make and i am pretty proud of them actually.
The hardest part was actually to find a concept for every book because i wanted to unravel the most important parts on ever cover, what especially worked with the second and third book (the battle of blackwater & the red wedding respectively).
I found them quite worthy to post on here personally :)
one of my favourite passages from “The Spectacular Now."
Isn’t she a beauty? I’m pretty much obsessed with this and I’m so happy to finally be able to share it—especially since you can read the novella in less than a month!
On your Nook! Via Apple’s iBookstore! Eventually there’ll be a Kindle link to post, too! Don’t believe for a second this baby is 45 pages. Y’all know I write 500 page books. There’s no way I’d turn out a novella under 80 pages. To those of you outside of the US, I’m really hoping it’ll be available to you digitally, but I’m also pretty sure they’re including it in the back of the paperback edition of TDM (which releases on the same day as NEVER FADE—October 15th). I’m assuming they are, otherwise I have no idea why that bad boy is 528 pages when the hardcover was 496.
Anyway. YAY! Like I’ve said before, I’m really, really, really, really excited for you guys to read it and I’m secretly glad a real description of it hasn’t fed out and ruined some of the fun surprises in it. >:D
