since simplyplural and octocon being shutdown this gives me the excuse to share some resources i have found.
these are ones i've tested and looked around with features. theres possibly more out there. if you want more options looking up "system tracker" might be your best bet.
ourcana - links up with pluralkit and can sync fronting and member edits(icons, pronouns, display name, icon, description, etc)
works online as a webapp and on ios but you can add the website itself to your home screen on android and functions just like an app.
supports simplyplural and pluralkit imports and has a tarot theme to the app.
ampersand - completely offline system tracker that allows tracking, journaling with privacy settings and content warnings, board messages, displaying system roles, tag management, custom fields, asset management (i haven't used this much yet but it supports images) works as a webapp, desktop app, and on android.
supports pluralkit, simplyplural and tupperbox imports
systemconnect.replit - has options to display member relationships (closeness, relationship type, pairs, groups), headspace map, messaging, and adding other people as friends to see whos fronting with them, fronting analytics, discord webhook integration, iamge gallery for alters, private journals, .
from what ive seen i couldn't find an option to import simplyplural, octocon, pluralkit, or any other system tracking platform. seems to only work online/as a web app.
these are specifically articles, websites, and documents to help with either system management, coping skills, tracking symptoms, and overall proving information and resources for trauma support and complex dissociative disorders.
writelighthouse - specifically for system journaling with customizeable journals and keeping track of alter information. also provides resources and such on their website. currently only a website from what i've seen (im not an active user but i've used it in the past)
dis-sos.com/mapping - some suggestions and tips on how to cisualize and map your system, its alters, and the relationships and development of your system. the website also provides examples and visuals of these different types of mapping. the rest of this website provides more help and information for CDD systems
multipliedbyone.org/did-resources - a whole selection of links that lead to did resources and apps for systems, self help, depersonalization and derealization resources, trauma resources(peer support, ra/mc organized extreme abuse, ptsd/cptsd, assault, addiction, lgbtq mental health, helplines, and many more) and has even bigger sections dedicated to various amounts of needs. multipliedbyone as a whole seems like a great website for cdd help and information
the CTAD clinic - this specifically links to their youtube channel but they have a website included "The CTAD Clinic offers assessment and treatment for Complex Trauma and Dissociative conditions. We specialise in assessing, diagnosing and treating dissociative conditions, such as Dissociative Identity Disorder. We train professionals, such as psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists in diagnosing and working therapeutically with dissociation. Dr Mike Lloyd is the Clinic Director of Cheshire Psychology and The CTAD Clinic, and has lectured on the Doctorate Clinical Psychology courses at Liverpool and Lancaster Universities on Dissociative Disorders as well as at international conferences. Mike is a past Board Member of ESTD. We have a resources page, highlighting essential reading in the field of complex trauma and dissociation."
https://neloran.wordpress.com/for-survivors/worksheets/ - DID/OSDD symptom management and help worksheets (checklists, logs, profile checks, grounding, planning, etc)
and for misc things i have two document copied to help with being blurry and figuring out who you are in the moment here and here along with a alter mapping template that i setup via google docs, go ahead and copy it and tweak it to your needs.
idk what im doing still and im still stumbling around and seeing what i can do for myself and others but if this helps anyone then good. im not a professional and i've only dug around so far into these resoruces but theres plenty of options so atleast something in here might help.
