Kindness is a Virtue
Everyone is human, everyone is alive, everyone you see on the street, whether they are dating someone of the same gender, or the opposite gender. We are all the same. We all have lives, we all love someone, or have people that care about us. My aim with this post is to have people take a step back and look at things from the other side of the spectrum. To have people just take things with a grain of salt. I want everyone that reads this post to take everything in, take a deep breath, and take a look at your life. You are lucky no matter who you are. You have people who love you, and you have people who care about your well being. There will be people who accept you and people who don't care for you, or even accept you for you. No matter what, though? I want you to be Proud. Proud of yourself. For who you are. Gay, straight, trans, bisexual, or whatever you are. I want you to look at yourself and accept yourself, to love yourself. Because to love yourself is the first step you need to take in order to love others. Once you love yourself, then you will be able to spread that love and kindness to everyone around you. I want you to take a deep breath and then let it out. There is no one on Earth just like you, and every one of you has a very special life, reason and purpose. We will never make it through life if we hold grudges and hate each other for no reason other than that we are different from each other. We are all different. We are all beautiful. We all have our own special reason and purpose to exist. Even if we are all different, we are all the same. We are all human, and human's make mistakes. So, hey. if someone does something that angers you, tell them. Work it out. Spread the love. We as a human race need this. We as a world, a planet full of different people, from all walks of life? We need this. We need to spread the love around. If we can do this, then we can save lives. These lives will be those that are oppressed, or even those who are bullied. If you do something nice for someone, you may make their day. You may save their life. So, I hope everyone that reads this today also pays it forward. However you want to do that. Whether you buy a homeless person food, and give them something to eat, or you pay for someone's food at the grocery store when they can't afford it. Even if you have no money, you can pay it forward. You can be kind, you can return something lost if you find something. You could even hold the door open for someone. They don't have to be disabled, they could have nothing in their hands, or they could have a ton of bags and just struggle with the door. If you do something, anything nice, it will always come back around. Even if it does not feel like it immediately, there will be something that comes back to you for every good deed you do. Thank you to anyone who read this journal of mine. I hope that it will help anyone hurting, and provide you with something you can do. After all, if you do something nice for someone else, there is good karma in that and you will feel better about yourself. ♥
