The legend that is Gary Szabo continues to grow. #Repost @zistenostora (@get_repost) ・・・ So, I've got assaulted on Friday early morning, few minutes into my bootcamp session, a guy (on drugs we guess) verbally abused us, pushed one of my client and charged me. I think he picked the wrong guy. Took him down, put him to sleep for a few seconds, so I could roll him over; maintained control until the cops arrived. I'm not here to brag about it. I'm here to tell you after decades of striking martial arts (Nihon Ju Jutsu, Karate and Muay Thai) I ended up using BJJ. Takedown, guard pass, mount, head and arm choke, dismount [sleep], mount, giftwrap, backtake. Blue Belt syllabus, praise chief @pinasimpson and the crew @southerntribeshq. I could remain calm I didn't even stop the session, as you can see people around me doing burpees, lol. Unfortunately I couldn't deescalate the situation, but glad no-one got hurt. Really happy I didn't knock him out with punches, or anything like that.  #helandednopunches #BJJworksbitches #streetjitsu

Everybody sips on a little hatorade from time to time. Ive done it but I know check myself amd ask myself one question. Do I actually have a real problem with something or am I jealous because its out of reach for me. This held me back with income in the past. I was raised working class and taught to be humble always. It took me 3 months to feel comfortable driving my $20,000 truck around. I drobe a bomb when I jad millions in property. Why is that? Because I was conditioned to see showing money as uncool. A bad trait. Now I just see it as neutral. We all have these limiting beliefs. Ponder and you'll figure yours out. Then grow from it. Maybe you think ripped people are douchebags. Maybe you think spiritual people are pussies. Its just a lack of understanding. Apply this to anything. Grow from it.
