Back then when I wanted to experiment with my writing, I thought about using a typical character for it. Danniel was a simple, easy-to-use, and unremarkable character. He's perfect for it. He's made for it.
He's my lab rat. My favorite lab rat.
Even though after that experiment was finished, and his storyline was also complete, I switched to something else. Not writing. Every time I want to experiment with something art-related, I also tested it on him. That's why the results are sometimes different each time. 70-80% of his art are like that. It's also the reason why he had so much artwork in the first place.
It was never favoritism, was it?
Long story short, If my friends were right, it is because I was "evil". (I think they're just joking)
- He wouldn't be so favored if he weren't a friend of mine. They were the ones who gave him the pet name "Tiramisu". Reason is while I was telling them about my experiment and his storyline, they asked for his name and I couldn't bother to remember it. To be more precise, I've forgotten.
Even though he already has a proper name, we still call him Tiramisu. They and I have different reasons for calling him that. I often use both names interchangeably, simply as a reminder of his existence. He should be grateful for that.
- "He was the least favorite child at that time." I treat my subjects fairly, but I don't think outsiders feel the same way.
