If Aeron survives through the silence(which has very little chance) I guess he will be mentally devastated. imo the reason he seemed so spirited at the end of the forsaken was because he believed his long-desired death is finally coming, that the drowned god will release him from all the suffering, that he is not forsaken. Given him being drowned twice before, not dying after all would be so cruel, like being shut out of the watery hall by the Drowned God. If his legs aren’t treated, he’ll die from infection. But if they are, he’d be stuck in a wheelchair, completely unable to care for himself, which will be utterly unacceptable to him....... I want to see amputee Aeron throwing himself off a cliff in despair so bad…after all, he no longer has the feet to walk into the sea =w=
