the solution for when you feel bad about your body is not to make radical or painful changes to your body, it is not to convince yourself that your body is beautiful and attractive, but to accept that your body does not have to be a certain way. the problem isnt your body, its your mindset. the way to heal a discomfort in your body is to simply say “fuck it” and love yourself regardless of wether your body has traits you think are ugly or make you feel uncomfortable. you dont exist to be an object of beauty.
