MOVIE SENTENCE STARTER.
an assortment of different movie quotes.
“i won’t fuck up my life, so you can find yourself.”
“the fact that you’re here means everything to me.”
“life moves pretty fast. if you don’t stop & look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
“i always meet the person first, to see if we understand each other.”
“as long as you can still grab a breath, you fight. you breathe. keep breathing.”
“smart & pretty. that right there is a deadly combination.”
“the more you care, the more the world finds ways to hurt you for it.”
“no matter how far, run for all you’re worth.”
“it takes a lot of courage to try & change your life.”
“you mustn’t be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling.”
“yeah, it was worth a shot.”
“don’t you want to take a leap of faith?”
“hope is a dangerous thing.”
“you’ve got a secret. something you can’t tell anyone, because you don’t trust anyone.”
“you will never be lovelier than you are now. we will never be here again.”
“we’re not meant to save the world.”
“you can’t just make somebody something they’re not.”
“you are allowed to feel messed up. it doesn’t mean you’re defective – it just means you’re human.”
“you couldn’t ignore me if you tried.”
“i’ve only really liked a handful of people in my life.”
“today it seems to me that my whole life was nothing but a string of failures.”
“i’m just tired, you know? i’m just fucking tired.”
“which would be worse - to live as a monster? or die a good man?”
“on one hand, so what; & in the other hand, who cares?”
“you got to stop taking yourself so seriously.”
“you do care. you care so much you feel as though you will bleed to death from the pain of it.”
“you sleep well because you know that you’re loved. i’ve never slept that well.”
“by the time we learn to live it is already too late.”
“have i told you how divinely happy i am?”
“i can imagine anything, anybody, anywhere.”
“if we didn’t have any of the bad stuff, then how could we recognize the good?”
“can you just hold me, please? you don’t understand. i just need you to hold me.”
“we get out now, or we die trying.”
“if you died right now, how would you feel about your life?”
“the world’s either great or wretched, isn’t it?”
“maybe i’m just being paranoid, but i gotta find out for sure.”
“you can only push someone so far, before they break.”
“you’re the closest thing i know to a superhero.”
“act like a bitch, get slapped like a bitch.”
“i think you severely overestimate your ability to break hearts.”
“i don’t want to win. i just want to make the world a better place.”
“i needed you in this life.”
“i knew this was going to be a bad day.”
Sam reached up and ran his hand through Nimsa’s hair, tossling it a bit as she spoke, as if he ere touching a pet. She was though, wasn’t she? His follower. His Champion. His pet.
“You’re the one who suggested it!” He reminded the Bosmer with an amused grin. “I don’t expect ya’ to be thrilled with all that work– you wouldn’t be a good fit for me if you were… But we’ll find a way, little one. And I’ll stay as long as you make it worth my while.” Sam laughed, picking up the Rose on the ground, then throwing his arm around her shoulders pulling her away from the pitiful little circle on the ground she’d used as some sort of shrine. Pathetic. That just wouldn’t do. He wasn’t Hircine– he didn’t like the NATURAL.
“Now! First stop we should make is the College. There has to be someone there good at conjuration– and I know for a fact they enjoy summoning Dramora so they will be a little more inclined to help.” Probably… Maybe… “You’re an Elf, you probably know someone there, right?”
Nimsa scoffed at his assistance that because she was an elf she'd know someone from the College. What was that supposed to mean anyway? It wasn't like she was one of the more magically inclined elves. She was a Bosmer! She was more likely to know some random hunter in the woods than she was to know someone from the college...
"I don't think there are many Bosmers there," was how she responded though brushing her hand through her hair. "Besides, I've never been-- I hate the cold."
It was the worst, but she didn't want to... complain too much. This was going to be a fun trip anyway! Probably. "But we'll find someone! Don't worry. We'll make sure this gets done. I promise!" She wouldn't want to fail Sanguine, and she absolutely wouldn't want to make him upset with her. No... They'd get this done. Nimsa stopped when they made it to her make shift little camp, and grabbed her bag looking up at the dark sky.
“Maybe we should stop at a tavern first.”
alright I’m kind of tempted to make a canon character so pls tell me maybe who?
Jiub ??
Vex maybe
Maybe one of the Aedra or Daedra I’m not sure who tho not one of the... more involved/known about ones because I’m not super dumb about LORE but y’know...
Lydia ???
IDK maybe others but these are the ones I’ve thought of for now
My Bosmer should not be able to reach those Welkynd Stones without jumping.
I wish height played a bigger role in gameplay. I mean, imagine playing an Altmer and occasionally bumping your head on the door(causes like 1 damage but you can still get through), or not being able to reach things as easily because you’re a teeny Bosmer. IMAGINE THAT.
Isran: A Jarl might be in trouble
Me: omg no! who???
Isran: Skald
Me: lol yeah sure I'll get right on that...
ah I see. Talvas can travel all the way from Solstheim to come to my wedding, but Iona can’t walk down the street. ok.
Avi whipped around at the sound of the voice, he’d been fairly certain he was alone, and he scattered a few more of his weapons in doing so. Gathering them quickly he stared down the Bosmer woman and relaxed when he realized that she was correct.
“That I did, and the boy who saved all his stable cleaning money to commission it from me would have been devastated. I’m in your debt,” he said, holding out his hand for the weapon.”
She laughed. Not in cruel way, but she laughed when she apparently startled him enough to have more of the weapons drop along the ground. ❝ Sorry, ❞ she didn't sound it. Nimsa nodded towards all the weapons as she handed him the mace, ❝ You certainly have a lot of those. ❞ He was likely some sort of merchant-- or maybe a really indecisive warrior.
Or maybe just a packrat.
❝ Are you? ❞ Nimsa questioned the validity of his statement when he said he was in her debt, but if that were t r u e... ❝ I could use your help then. ❞

Typically Sanguine just let his followers do whatever they pleased, and generally ignored them whenever they communed with him– even if this was the one with the Rose. He just couldn’t be bothered.
However this one brought up a good point. A good enough point that he decided to talk to her, appearing behind the Bosmer, as Sam Guevenne ( just so he could stick around longer than if he were in his true form), before speaking. “It’d be a lot of work,” he agreed, “but also a lot of fun, my Champion. And maybe… you’d be able to convince someone else to do it for you– it’s just a shame… I can think of a handful of my fellows who have shrines around here, but not me? The people of Skyrim need me now more than ever! We should fix this.”
She nearly toppled forward when a voice from no where appeared behind her, luckily she caught herself on her hands, and looked over her shoulder at Sam Guevenne. In an instant she went from surprised, to ecstatic, and she bounced up onto her feet looking excitedly, and reverently, at the Breton man before her. Not that he was really a Breton.
Then her eyebrows furrowed, ❝ you r e a l l y want me to build you a shrine? ❞ Perhaps she could convince someone else to do it for her-- Nimsa could be convincing when she needed to be.
The Bosmer took a tenitive step forward, ❝ I guess Skyrim is going through some hard times... ❞ When she spoke next it was in the sort of hushed voice one used in a temple, or library, ❝ Are you going to stay here until it's done? ❞ Maybe she could find someone at the college to create it so it wouldn't take outrageously long. But she'd certainly appreciate the time with him in the meantime. Besides if he was just going to give her a task and leave he would have remained in his true form-- wouldn't he?
there is little change in stance , save for , perhaps , a brisk step back as the arrow sails past him . his gaze turns as she steps out of the trees , though a brief glance is shot towards the elk. ❛ ah , you needn’t worry . that is quite the shot you have there . ❜
Nimsa smiled brightly at the compliment, brushing her hair over her shoulder in a confident sort of way. ❝ Well, I'm a Bosmer, ❞ she said as if that explained anything, but of course it likely did.
❝ You're not lost or anything are you? I don't want to sound like a city guard, b u t isn't a bit late to be wandering around? ❞
@thereluctantdragonborn
❝ Hey! ❞ The Bosmer picked up the steel mace and ran after the man carting along what looked like a lot of equipment. Nimsa gave an amused smile and was happy she kept her things hidden away in the trees...
❝ I think you dropped this. ❞
I can probably guess
#about valenwood
@niightmother
Nimsa liked Falkreath, the town wasn't too big, the place was full of game, and it was warmer than in other areas of this damn Provence. She was having a lot of fun exploring the area, running through the trees, tripping over a log, tumbling down a hill and ending up in a nice pond of still water.
Whoops...
The Bosmer stood up, and trudged away from the small pond ringing the water out of her hair, and staring at the door hidden behind some trees. She wasn't going to do anything about it-- she wasn't an idiot. She recognized the symbol. Maybe Nimsa had never personally contacted the Dark Brotherhood, but she'd thought about it. In fact she'd seriously thought about it.
She had the book. She had set things up...
But no, she wasn't going to do anything about it, or about this door.
@zekethekhajiit
It wasn't rare for someone to stumble on her camp, random people stopped by all the time. Still, Nimsa gave the Khajiit a briefly suspicious look that she adorned around Altmer, or even other Bosmer, before speaking in a cheerful sort of tone, "Hello," she greeted, standing up from the rock she'd been sitting on next to her tent.
"You're not lost are you? Or looking to buy something? I've got tons of food, and animal pelts if you need them..."
