Welcome to my design blog!! <3

I'll be decently inactive here for the most part, aside from throwing in occasional waca designs I do!!

These designs are free to use with credit! (you can either link the blog or just use my username, laurierroses!!) However please don't claim them as your own/trace/use for your own characters, these are strictly for warrior cats characters, and any art relating to waca!! Such as MAP projects, pmvs, amvs, that sorta thing! :) If you'd like to request a kitty, feel free to ask!! I'll likely just do them randomly by arc/depending on their kin otherwise! :D

MOST OF THESE WILL BE USING BASES... I don't really have the time to draw all 1000+ cats uniquely, so unless they're important to some degree they likely won't be revisted beyond the base! Most scars/major disabilities are omitted since large changes to the base are difficult if possible at all :') this is mainly for coat colors! 🥰 (also I apologize for low quality!! I'm cropping the images via screenshots 🥴)

Moonpaw design prediction!!! This is likely going to be the first and only time I ever do something like this (predict a cat) so enjoy it pookies lmao

Also related thread about theories that I like from Sunlit Prairies (my discord server!) that inspired this design, as well as other inspiration/details!!

Design Wise:

- She's based off of... You guessed it the moon! She has spotty color-point leg markings (like the moon has) and several stripes in the shape of different moon phases across her pelt! She also has a crescent-moon shaped tail.

- Her colors are taken primarily from Sunbeam believe it or not, but toned down in saturation considerably! She has Sunbeam's facial spotting as well, with only hue/saturation/the seal pointing coming from Nightheart!

- She has a lazy eye like Snowtuft does, because I have a theory (or headcanon I guess) that double dead cats don't entirely vanish, but instead are stuffed into another body, recycling souls infinitely! So Moonpaw is Snowtuft's reincarnation! She's a funky little silly anxious weirdo like him too I reckon!

- As for the pink/red eye... She started out with albinism but lost it halfway through lmao! I guess now it can be a nod at red moons while her blue/green eye is a nod at blue!

Plot Wise:

ALRIGHT DISCLAIMER a lot of these ideas are morphed off others I've been seeing around/discussing in my discord server!! I don't entirely own a collection of these ideas lol!

Augustus' genius idea!! I love the idea of the moonpool being something that's alive that can control and consume her, so I used that for the "consumption" parts of this piece!! I like the idea of it speaking to her and eventually controlling her, maybe even possessing her body entirely to a degree!!

- I also imagine she's a Nightheart x Sunbeam kit, lol

- Also also since Curlfeather is my BAEEEE I love her so much, I think she should be the mandatory evil dark forest cat for this arc!! But instead of being a clone of every other villain she's more passive and manipulative mentally over Moonpaw, caring for her in a twisted, motherly sort of sense!! I know she probably won't have any reason to interact with Moonpaw but I'd really like it!!

Anyway SHES COOL she can be cool idk maybe I'm delusional LOL I predict she'll be a carbon copy of our last few medicine cat apprentices (I almost forgot i predict she'll be one too) with the same personality but!! with a cute and cool design and a cool story that boring mold for a personalty might not be so bad 🥰😍

ALSO I forgot to mention LOL Moonpaw is a main character for the 9th arc of warriors, Changing Skies! Her name was released alongside book one's blurb a few days ago, and this is purely speculation!! None of this is Canon to any degree we don't actually know anything about this cat yet!!

Redtail! He's mostly a very red cat,, this design is pretty boring for him ngl not a fan of it looking back on it LOL wish I'd made his primary pelt a bit darker

Lionheart, who I'm happier with! He's based on lion cubs (the little spots they have on their backs!) he's also a color-point / speckled to a degree for his kit's genetics to work out! Also cream undertones so he could pass them onto Cinder!! ^^

anddd finally the (last?) cat from this sheet, Runningwind! He's a very muted color like his sister Mousefur, and his stripes are very soft and pale (and swirled,) like wind! I think he had some Windclan genes...? right? if so GIVE HIM THE BIG OL EARS!!!

Brindleface! The prettiest of mamas!! I love her and her design a lot, super inspired by moonkitti's depictions of her! seeing brindle on a moon video years ago genuinely changed my brain chemistry LOL

Windclan time 😍

Onewhisker! I love forehead whiskers on cats they're so silly, I wonder if anyone had done this for him before lmao!

Tallstar!! he gets the cream undertones from his dad!! and I imagine has his mom's eye color

Mudclaw! not much to say about him he's just a muddy boy

and finally Barkface!! who was born with a Bob tail mutation!! 😍🥰 he's a cutie idk why I like him so much but I do, he's cute

Smudge! I forgot collars on this batch... oops.... his would be yellow- all accessories from me usually take colors from the eyes! ^^

Princess, keeping with the theme of kittypets! her and Firestar don't look much alike at all aside from her more orange-toned underbelly

anddd finally Scourge! who is vitiligo now because that idea is positively GLORIOUS!!! his collar is hard to see but it's there! as an adult it's maroon colored, as a kit it's blue/purple!

Tigerclaw! I want to make him white really bad I really do but I am a coward unfortunately- so here's boring tigerclaw 🫠 no leader mark bc I don't believe he actually got his 9 lives! if he does that raises a lot of ethical questions about the practices and beliefs of Starclan ngl,,, but the scene of him losing all 9 to scourge is cool,,, I suppose,,,

Brambleclaw! He looks a lot like his momma, having her "vine" stripes extending into the "rib cage" marking tigerclaw has! he's also a healthy combination of the browns, mixing more gold onto him! But he's still dark and ugly like his dad bc of course he is

Tawnypelt! Now HER I love 😍 ive had this design for her rattling in my brain forever I love it I think she's so cute, tabbico tawnypelt supremacy 🙇‍♂️ she takes colors from both her parents (though they're slightly tweaked, of course) and has a mix of both type of tabby markings, I imagine!!

and finally darkstripe, who I accidentally forgot to give a mouth / blush / ear color lmao! he's so desaturated I couldn't tell lmaoo anyway, cutie! he has like absolutely 0 color to him besides grey and black and I think thats just right for him 😍 his eyes are the same, super dull desaturated tone! I imagine he constantly looks like he doesn't quite belong in any scene he's in, and that's intentional!!

Deadfoot! I hate the ableist names in this series ngl 😍😍😍😍 they're the worst thing ever like why did Heatherstar feel this was necessary?

Halftail! I'm so glad they stopped this ableist naming trend after the first series... can you imagine birchfall being named Ripass or something because his butt is scratched up? smh, justice for Sparrowpeltv1

One-eye! Really????? this name sun's for her, would it have been so bad to have another -fur WHITEFUR in the clan like relax yall pls 😩 these names aren't even remotely creative or anything they are just dookie imo

Smallear! He's a handsome little guy, his name has once again basically nothing to work with but thats ok 🫶 we like basic boring lame designs here too (he's more a shape guy I imagine anyway, with the small round ears/boxy shapes I imagine, the og short king)

Dappletail! suddenly this has turned into the Thunderclan elder's post as well but that's okay! Her design is pretty but complex for animation, feel free to simplify as need be

And finally Rosetail! Obsessed with this design for her even though it looks pretty painful ngl (but it would be so worth it trust me) whoever made her silver with a red tail first is a genius, decided to make her more a lilac color to compliment the red a bit nicer? I really like her ngl this design and her character, sad she died the way she did without even an inkling of screen time (in into the wild)

she has rose patterns basically all over her! all her markings are either vines / leaves / petals for the roses of some kind, yippee! I love hiding this sort of stuff throughout its super fun ngl

okay ngl super against giving waca characters collars/clothes in most instances but I considered a bandana for him!! only reason he doesn't have it is i fear for his safety LOL anyway cutie! he's constantly munching on wheat I imagine just ur average country boy

Morningflower!! I have noooo idea how i got her design to this point but I am not upset about it!! I wanted her to be sorta a color-point tortie ish like she is on the wiki? but also diluted? idk here she is!! I think she turned out quite cute

and her baby Gorsepaw!! who barely looks anything like her LOL I imagine he got most of his markings from his dad and just looks a lot like his mom in the face / build

Leopardfur! she's based on a design I made for an oc / with a bit more orange and red added! I really like this design for her ngl I think she's very pretty
