Broke up w my bf and school starts in 2 weeks so I’m fasting for as long as possible

Broke my fast early bc I was so sore already feel like a new man
God I can’t wait to break my fast I’m so sore I need protein . I feel like such a fatass
My motivations
- being smaller than him
- not having to worry about how my fat sits on my body sitting/ laying down
- thigh gap thigh gap thigh gap
- seeing my bones
- “you’re so small”
- being able to take up as little space as possible
- always being comfortable in the middle seat
- creating a body that hasn’t been touched in a way I didn’t like
- being able to sit on nearly any surface because I know my weight won’t break it
- people comparing my body to theirs
- poking and prodding the fat on my body and noticing it feels different
- that feeling after great cardio
- feeling clean and empty
- being skinnier than irls with Ed’s
- sitting with my knees to my chest or my legs crossed
- watching my face change
- hunger pain
- clothes fitting looser/ better
- eating clean
- balanced macros
- black coffee
- watching the number on the scale get smaller and smaller
20 hrs into my fast, the fat on my body already feels looser :) I’m going for 40 hrs and have been working out so hopefully I’ll lose what I gained back last week.
Been fucking up my diet so bad recently so I made a plan for myself
Fast mon wed fri
Burn atleast 300 calories a day
500 calories on non fasting days
No calories between 8 pm to noon
I should be able to lose 20 lbs in a month :3
Now that I have a job and school is coming up I'm gonna have so many opportunities to starve :)) and my job feels like a workout anyways. I'm so excited!
