Harry S. Truman had Republicans figured out way back then, and they are still the same party, though much worse.

What a wonderfully perceptive comment just as valid today as when President Truman first spoke the words. It neatly describes the philosophical divide between the parties of today; The Republican Party has glorified dishonesty, lying, and cheating to such a point that, winning is more important than ideals, winning is all.  Where did the patriotic American go? Isn’t there any people who are capable of making choices that honestly benefit all of us no matter our differences and not just a few of us?
