Art of Ageplay Bradensamathathings
While looking for guest to be interview I came across the page of Braden and Samantha @bradensamanthathings. They are a very cute couple. They have been fairly quiet on tumblr since 2014 but now that they are posting their own pictures their followers has spiked. Hopefully with this interview they can gain more followers and show the world how awesome they are.
Braden how did you know that Samantha was the right person to tell about your desires? How long did it take before you could even get the words out to tell her?
Well I don’t think it was ever finding the right person but more of the person I trusted enough. I didn’t anticipate her to even say she would want to try it. I told her more to just be able to share every part of myself with her. Of course I hoped she would participate but I never told her with that intention. It was more about me sharing parts of myself that I never had before and before her there was no one I trusted enough.
I told her a VERY abridged version of regression about 4-5 months into our relationship and then about a year later she called me “Daddy” as a joke and that kind of snowballed into DD/LG and it became something we both enjoyed but it wasn’t until 4 months after that I told her about diapers. So until she knew absolutely everything? Almost a year and a half.
Samantha, when Braden 1st told you about things like diapers what was your thoughts. How long did it take for to start to feel comfortable with wearing?
At first I was really surprised and knew that wearing diapers wasn’t my kind of thing. Honestly when he first told me I didn’t give the idea a chance and shut it down completely because I thought it was weird but Braden explained to me what it meant for him and the fact that he had become so open with me and willing to tell me something that personal and deep made me feel an immense amount of happiness, so I thought I would give it a chance. It didn’t take that long for me to start feeling comfortable seeing him wear one and then about 2 months later I started wearing them and I actually liked how they felt because they’re so soft and squishy.
Being that you are in a long distance relationship right now, what helps you to cope with the other being gone?
Braden: Just talking honestly. Texting, Snapchat, Facetime when I can. I’m gone for Academic reasons so mostly I think having benchmarks at least helps for me. Like I know I’ll be home for Summer or Spring break or things like that. That helps me at least. Weirdly enough, I feel like us sharing this helps because we have like our own special little secret that only we know.
Samantha: I agree with that Braden said. Social media keeps us in contact a lot and I don’t know what we would do if we didn’t have that because I don’t really think our relationship would survive. Let me just say that it MY idea (lol) to start a tumblr with Braden because it’s something we could share together and look at dd\lg posts and still feel connected as to why we both enjoy this. It’s hard when he’s gone because we don’t get as much play time as we want but I really feel like tumblr helps a lot.
How awesome is it when you can be with each other?
Samantha: IT’S PRETTY GREAT. It’s honestly the best feeling when I see him again. I actually get a little nervous before I see him and I don’t know why but I love it because after 2 ½ years together Braden still makes me nervous which I think can be a good thing because that’s the spark we have. It’s like after so long I still believe I’m the luckiest girl in the world.
Braden: It’s alright…. lol jk but actually basically what she said
Had either one of you ever explored kink before you two where together?
Braden: I did just because I’ve always been into ABDL so I obviously explored it on my own and kind of looked online just to make sure I wasn’t completely crazy and alone haha. In terms of playing with anyone? Just Samantha. We’re both pretty young so I think we’re exploring things together.
Samantha: Honestly no. I had no interest in any kinds of kinks but being with Braden has changed that because now my kinks are through the roof.
What do you both like about the ageplay community and if you could change anything about it what would you?
Samantha: I don’t really know much about the ageplay community because I still feel like I’m new to the whole dd/lg thing. Braden has more to say about this than I do.
Braden: So I have much more experience with the community dating back to when I was like 14? I’ve seen the good and the bad and I’ve made some amazing friends in the community but I’ve also seen people act horrible and be disgusting in a lot of ways. If I had to pick one thing only? I wish there were more attempts to present accurate depictions of individuals separate from the ABDL aspects. I guess my problem is more of a problem with the internet as a whole. It might come off as a bit hypocritical coming from a couple that doesn’t show their face but there’s so many tumblrs that are anonymous and just give you no insight to what person is behind it beyond ABDL. I think we’re moving away from that with blogs like “DaddyIwantthis” and a number of others but I think most negative aspects stem from that veil anonymity. Especially guys that really treat girls in the community with no respect and don’t view them as people. That’s a huge problem and really answers why there aren’t more girls in the community.
Many ageplayers are into fandoms, is there any fandom you two are into or a movie or tv show you both have to watch?
Braden&Samantha: I’m really into Game of Thrones and started rewatching it with Samantha. I like Rooster Teeth a lot and Samantha will watch occasionally. I’m studying Film in school so anything that’s a good film I’ll more than likely love haha. We watched Glee for a while together. Samantha loves Gossip Girl but that’s all her haha.
