Sir Pentious wears his heart on his sleeve. He’s always doing everything he can to make sure you feel loved. One love language isn’t enough for this man - he needs all five. Always touching you, always giving you compliments. Dropping everything just to talk with you, shoving a bouquet of flowers in your face. One of your things broke? He’s on it. He is totally devoted to making you happy.
B = Blushing
how easy is it to make them blush?
You don’t even have to try. It’s basically instinctual for him to heat up the moment you acknowledge him. He’s always smiling when you look at him, always searching for your attention and always getting flustered when he earns it.
C = Cuddles
how do they like to cuddle?
He’s a cobra. Squeezing is in his nature. Never enough to actually hurt you, of course, he would never. He wraps himself around you, resting his head on your shoulder while he closes his eyes. It has a similar appeal to weighted blankets. It does make it really difficult to escape when he’s asleep, though - his grip subconsciously tightens every time you try to leave. Hope you don’t need anything.
D = Dates
what sort of dates do you go on together?
Anything you want, he will make it happen. At least, he’ll try to make it happen. A cloud of horrendously bad luck seems to follow him everywhere he goes, unfortunately. He has never gotten what he actually ordered at a restaurant even once. Every time you try to have a nice date outdoors, it rains. You think all is well for once? Suddenly you’re getting bombed by some chick with pink hair. What is her deal, anyway? He’s trying his damn best, and he will suffer as much as he has to to make sure you’re having a good time.
E = Everything
what do they see you as? (eg. you're their everything)
You’re his muse. He’s always thinking about you. Every time he’s working on something new, all that’s running through his head is “I hope (y/n) likes this”. He’ll start rambling about all his ideas to you, waiting to see if you have any sort of input. Everything he does is to impress you.
F = Flirting
how do they flirt?
He is incredibly blunt, but incredibly awkward. This man was never socialized properly in life. He does not understand the concept of a pick-up line. He’ll just come up to you and start stumbling through how pretty you are, a statement he definitely practiced to no avail. He’s trying his best.
G = Gifts
what sorts of gifts do they give you?
He likes to give you things he made with his own two hands. Not all of his creations are made for destruction - some are to dazzle you. You have a full shelf of trinkets now, filled with all the mechanical wonders he’s made for you. Music boxes, miniature carousels, butterflies made of metal whose wings really fluttered. All treasures.
H = Holding Hands
how do they hold hands?
Holding your hand feels like a victory to Pentious. He stands a little straighter, a smile gracing his face. You love him enough to be seen with him. (The bar is very low in his head.) He likes to swing your hand back and forth when you’re walking together, and he squeezes tighter when people pass. Just in case, you can never be too cautious in Hell.
I = I Love You
when did they first say i love you?
Pentious can move a little fast when he feels something, but he also second guesses himself a lot. The first time he said “I love you” was at the end of your first date, but it was mumbled and you couldn’t hear it. The first time you actually heard it was a bit out of the blue. He’d come up to you in the hallway, and you were just greeting him when he blurted it out. He’d finally gotten up the nerve, and he came to find you immediately before he lost it.
J = Jealousy
are they the jealous type? what are they like when they're jealous?
It doesn’t really take a whole lot for Pentious to get jealous, and he is not subtle about it. He starts sulking, staying quiet, but making his displeasure clear on his face. Really, his frown is so exaggerated, you don’t know why he’s so surprised every time you notice. He has a bit of insecurity when it comes to other people hitting on you, but every time you reject them, it makes his day.
K = Kisses
how do they kiss?
At the start of your relationship, he was pretty reserved about kissing you. He wanted to be sure he was doing every little thing right, that you enjoyed every little bit of it. He basically gives you a whole survey to fill out once you pull away. It takes him a while to get used to it, but once he does, it comes a lot easier. Do you know the fluttery thing that snakes do with their tongues? He does that subconsciously. It tickles a bit, actually, but he can’t figure out how to keep himself from doing it. It’s an instinct of some sort.
L = Laughter
how do they make you laugh?
Pentious is a chronic joke repeater. If you laugh at something he says, he will make a note to use it again and again until the day you stop reacting. He loves your laugh, and he will do anything to hear it. Honestly, the jokes themselves are very rarely funny - it’s the way he presents it, how confident he is and how he looks at you like an excited puppy every time. You’d never tell him that, though.
M = Memory
what's their favorite memory with you?
He has an incredibly hard time picking a favorite. You’re a treasure to him, and every moment is cherished. If you were to ask, he’d probably choose the first time he laid eyes on you, because it led to the best thing in his life. He saw you, and something in his chest imploded. You were so kind during your introduction, acknowledging him, not even making fun of him! And oh, you only got better from there.
N = Nicknames
what nicknames do they call you by?
Darling is a favorite. You also get the occasional love. Babe and baby aren’t really his style, they weren’t common in the lexicon when he was alive. Sweetie may be heard on rare occasions.
O = Oddity
what's a quirk they have?
He sings to himself when he’s focused on something. Little nonsense songs whispered while he’s rewiring a panel, coming up with random rhymes or venting out his frustrations.
P = PDA
how do they feel about pda?
It makes him nervous, but at the same time so giddy. You hold his hand or kiss him on the cheek, he’s laughing nervously the whole time while insisting he’s fine. In theory, he loves it, but he always backs down from initiating it himself. Something in the back of his mind always convinces him it’s a bad idea, if you wanted it you’d do it yourself. Please do it yourself - it would absolutely make his day.
Q = Quiet
what are quiet moments with them like?
Who said anything about quiet? It’s incredibly rare for true silence to exist in your spaces. Even when you try it, there’s always an Egg Boi or two around, and those guys do not understand the concept of silence. The only time it’s truly quiet is when everyone is asleep. You do have serene moments though, sitting in Pentious’ workshop, watching him weld together his newest weapon while the Egg Bois are trying to help. One will usually defect to go sit with you, asking nonsensical questions. Maybe you’re working on something of your own. Pentious turns to you every so often, showing you his progress, and you nod in approval. Those are the best sorts of afternoons.
R = Romance
how romantic are they?
He tries so damn hard to be romantic, and hey, he succeeds pretty well when he’s not screwing himself over. He adores you, and he wants to make sure you feel as loved as possible. The Egg Bois try to help, but they get underfoot a lot. He might send them to distract you while he’s preparing a surprise, but he has to be careful about it or they will spoil it. He tends to run into more than a few issues, thanks to his clumsiness, but he’s always going to try. One of his greatest achievements, in his opinion, is this bouquet of flowers he welded together from scrap metal lying around his workshop. You still have that sitting on your desk.
S = Secrets
do they keep any secrets from you?
Never. Even if he were to try, he wouldn’t last very long. The most he can manage is some sort of surprise, where he knows it’s going to come out later. Actual secrets stress him out. He tells you almost everything, or the guilt eats him alive. He doesn’t need that, he’d much rather have it over and done with.
T = Time
how long did it take for you to get together?
He knew how he felt the moment he laid eyes on you. Something about you just made his heart turn upside down. He could’ve written sonnets about you - the issue was presenting them. He flirts, certainly, but in an awkward sort of way that makes you think he’s having a stroke. You had a few months of that before you finally put him out of his misery and asked him to go on a real date with you. The rest was history.
U = Upset
how often do you fight with each other? how do they act when they're upset?
It’s not exactly that Pentious has a fear of confrontation. He will not hesitate to lob a weapon in someone’s direction if they piss him off - that’s just the culture in Hell. It’s specifically confrontation with you that he’s afraid of. On the rare occasions that you do something wrong, he just bottles it up. When fights do start, he is second guessing himself constantly. Is it really worth keeping up the fight? It doesn’t take long for him to come back, asking for forgiveness. Usually, Charlie or Husk end up having to help you work through your problems. Otherwise, nothing actually gets fixed. It’s something you two have to work on.
V = Vaunt
do they show you off?
Every time you meet someone new, he makes a particular effort to emphasize that you’re his partner, aren’t they so wonderful? In his opinion, you are far out of his league. You’re worth bragging about. It gets ten times worse when he’s drunk - he gets some alcohol in his system, and he starts shouting about how wonderful you are to anyone who’ll listen. There have been a couple incidents where he’s gotten black-out drunk and forgotten you were dating, just to start crying when you reminded him.
W = Wild Card

The Egg Bois love you. They have adopted you as a parent, and yes, you need to give every single one a little kiss on the forehead before bed. After Pentious is redeemed and you’re left down there (for the time being, at least), you are their sole guardian. You can often be spotted walking down the halls of the hotel, a trail of eggs following along single-file like a gaggle of ducklings.
X = X-Ray
how well can they read you?
A good deal better than most people. He’s not the greatest at recognizing other people’s thoughts and feelings, but he’s made a point to memorize your patterns. Not subconsciously, no, he has studied you extensively. But it’s not perfect. If anything, he can read a bit too deeply and convince himself everything’s wrong when nothing is. You have to speak very clearly with him to make sure he doesn’t start to spiral.
Y = Yearn
how do they act when they're away from you?
It was one thing when you were still together in Hell, it’s another thing entirely when he winds up in Heaven. He misses you dearly. He copes by telling Emily and Abel all sorts of stories about you, every little thing he can remember. Emily drew a rather poor picture of you from his description, and he keeps it on his desk in his room. (He loves it, even if it’s not quite right.) When relations between Heaven and Hell improve, Emily starts delivering letters between the two of you, allowing you some form of communication until you manage to get up there with him. He’s still working on a functional communications link between the realms so he can hear your voice again.
Z = Zzz
what are their sleeping habits like?
As established, the Egg Bois are a prominent part of your bedtime routine. They insist on a bedtime story, goodnight kisses from the both of you, and they need to sleep in the bed with you. Well, it’s not really a bed. Pentious is more accustomed to what you would refer to as a nest, but that’s hardly a problem. It is the comfiest nest you will ever set foot in. Blankets, pillows, even the occasional stuffed animal. You would think the con would be the heat, but actually, that’s not even really an issue. The eggs don’t give off body-heat, and Pentious runs pretty cold. Overall, it’s a great arrangement. Everyone’s sleeping great, as soon as the eggs are done with their seemingly endless echo of good nights.

A = Affection
how do they show affection?
Vera isn’t the most affectionate person by any means. Physical touch is kept to a minimum around other people, and no matter how much she loves you, she will always be a little mean. Primarily, she shows her love by giving you gifts and quietly solving your problems. Any issue you have, she’ll make sure it’s gone by morning. She’ll always make sure you’re taken care of.
B = Blushing
how easy is it to make them blush?
Vera isn’t easily flustered. She takes everything in stride. She only ever blushes out of pure embarrassment. You can do something incredibly stupid in public, if you really want to see it, but there’s not really a need to. Polly is already embarrassing enough to turn Vera’s face three shades darker.
C = Cuddles
how do they like to cuddle?
Vera isn’t really a touchy-feely person. Cuddles are a treat for special occasions. On a regular day, the best you can hope for is holding hands, or maybe having an arm around her shoulder. It’s nothing personal, she’s just like that with everyone. She’s never liked being touched without express permission, and there’s also the issue of her snakes. Generally, the snakes like you. Adore you, even. But they can get a bit unpredictable. They’ve bitten you a few times, and oh boy, the pain is excruciating. Vera makes a point to carry the antidote with her, but it’s more convenient to just not get bitten in the first place. Therefore, cuddles are kept to a minimum, at least when the snakes haven’t clearly given their approval.
D = Dates
what sort of dates do you go on together?
There are two main types of dates Vera will take you out on: actual dates, and business dates. If you’re going to be her partner, you need to be ready to take on her various businesses and side hustles. Hope you paid attention in economics class. She genuinely thinks dragging you along with her to meetings is romantic. It’s a huge part of her life, and she wants to share it with you. On the other end of the spectrum, while you go out to nice restaurants occasionally, coffee dates are your go-to. It’s easier for Vera to shove into her schedule, and she already lives on coffee anyways. You also get the occasional spa day, something Vera considers to be mandatory.
E = Everything
what do they see you as? (eg. you're their everything)
You’re her sanity. Roughly 90% of the time, Vera feels like she is surrounded by morons, and while yes, she loves those morons, it gets really exhausting trying to explain the concept of common sense to them (looking at Polly and Scott). Sometimes, she needs to crash next to you and just start ranting about how stupid people are. Please validate that she’s not losing her mind, she needs it. There’s a reason she chose you, and that’s because you make her just a little less crazy than everyone else.
F = Flirting
how do they flirt?
Vera flirts very subtly. It’s hard to tell when she likes someone unless you know her very well. Honestly, it’s not that different from how she normally interacts with people - she just treats you with far more respect. Once you start going out, however, it does shift a little. Her flirting is a little more obvious, with little quips here and there and comments on your appearance.
G = Gifts
what sort of gifts do they give you?
Her gifts don’t tend towards any specific trends. Anything you mention in passing, it ends up on your desk more often than not. She doesn’t spoil her friends, insisting they need to earn things themselves. She claims the same with you, but her actions don’t really back that up. She can’t help herself - she likes to see you smile, and it’s the easiest way for her to be affectionate.
H = Holding Hands
how do they hold hands?
Holding hands is the main form of physical affection that Vera will show you. She does it pretty casually, she even forgets she’s doing it sometimes. She’ll start unintentionally dragging you, and she won’t let you go unless you speak up. There have been times she’s gotten into heated conversations, acting like you’re not standing there in the middle of it, awkwardly unable to escape.
I = I Love You

She said it for the first time over the phone. She refuses to admit it to this day, but she was too nervous to say it in person. She mumbled it at the end of her goodbye at first, just for you to ask her to repeat herself. (You absolutely heard it, you just wanted to tease her a bit.) She basically shouted it into the phone and hung up immediately. Didn’t even give you the chance to say it back. You ended up having to text instead when she ignored your next three calls.
J = Jealous
are they the jealous type? what are they like when they're jealous?
Vera knows what a catch she is. Quite frankly, she’s out of your league. You wouldn’t be stupid enough to give anyone else your attention. She’s not jealous. That would be stupid. If someone makes the mistake of flirting with you, it’s just that, a mistake, and you wouldn’t give them the time of day. Nevermind her glaring a hole into the back of their head. That’s for totally unrelated reasons. Ignore the murder plot outlined in her notebook, that’s for someone else.
K = Kisses
how do they kiss?
She kisses you hello and goodbye, and she gives you a peck on the cheek when she thinks you’re being cute. She’s one for quick, close-mouthed kisses, saving makeout sessions for special occasions. She wouldn’t want you to start taking those for granted, after all.
L = Laughter
how do they make you laugh?
Unintentionally, for the most part. She isn’t goofy for the sake of being goofy - that’s Scott’s job. He’s stupid enough for everyone. Sometimes, you’ll find yourself giggling at her snakes tangling themselves up, or holding in a laugh when she gets worked up over something insignificant. But be careful. She will give you the silent treatment if you laugh at the wrong time.
M = Memory
what's their favorite memory with you?
It was her 24th birthday. You’d been acting weird the whole week, and she had her suspicions, but they weren’t confirmed until she woke up to a full breakfast. You’d already spent hours on it before she’d woken up, which was a challenge, considering how early she usually gets up. After that, you took her out shopping in the afternoon. You’d wanted her to find a nice dress for dinner, the grand finale. You’d even offered to pay, hell, you insisted on it, but she outright refused. She has an expensive taste, and she knows your wallet would suffer if you paid for anything in her closet. You ended the day at her favorite restaurant, successfully paying this time. You spoiled her the way she spoils you, and she’s not used to that. Quite frankly, it was the best birthday she’d had in a long time.

She keeps it basic. “Baby” and “babe” are particular favorites of hers. She occasionally uses “honey”, but that’s usually a sign that you’re in trouble. Try to avoid “honey”.

You know how some people twirl their hair when they’re bored? She does that, except it’s just her snakes winding around her finger of their own accord.

She’s not really a fan of PDA. The most she’ll do is hold hands. She has no issue talking about your relationship with other people, but physical displays aren’t her thing. She’ll always shut it down if you try.
Q = Quiet

Quiet moments are truly quiet, save for the clicking of her nails as she types on her phone. After a long day, Vera needs a while to wind down, no talking involved. You sit together on the couch, silently doing your own things. Occasionally, Vera will tap you on the shoulder and show you whatever she’s found on her phone. This usually lasts an hour or so before Vera is ready to get up and get back into the swing of things.
R = Romance
how romantic are they?
She flip-flops between being romantic and wanting you to be romantic. She can hardly put the effort in all the time, she’s a busy woman. She puts most of that effort into official dates - she takes you out for things like your birthday, anniversaries, occasionally just because. When she’s stressed out, however, please take her out to a fancy restaurant. She likes getting dressed up and feeling like a queen every so often.

Vera keeps secrets pretty frequently, actually. She’s good at keeping quiet, and she will neglect to let you know if she’s doing things she thinks you won’t approve of (unethical business practices). You usually find out in the end, but she takes care to make sure it’s always after the fact.

A couple months, give or take. You were introduced to each other by Polly, and she treated you just like she would any other friend, except with far more patience. You didn’t even realize she was into you until she asked you out on a coffee date.
U = Upset
how often do you fight with each other? how do they act when they're upset?
It’s not exactly difficult to get into spats with Vera. If you try to bring up an issue, she will get defensive. She is a master at finding things to nitpick, and she knows your weak spots. It’ll take her some time to cool off once it’s over, but she always comes around and apologizes. After that, she does her best to listen and make it up to you in any way possible.
V = Vaunt
do they show you off?
Of course. She’s dragged you with her to every event she’s been invited to since you got together. She makes sure you’re next to her at all times, and always makes a point of introducing you as her partner.
W = Wild Card

She takes spa days very seriously, and she will force you to participate in them. She is on a first name basis with the employees at her favorite spa, and she has a day dedicated to attending every other week. It’s the whole shebang - massages, manipedis, face masks. Even her snakes get little cucumbers on their eyes.
X = X-Ray
how well can they read you?
Effortlessly. You’re not entirely convinced she’s not a mindreader. You can keep no secrets from her - she can read every little muscle twitch, not to mention your text messages. She doesn’t mean to be nosy… mostly. She just wants to know what’s going on in your brain. If you talk to her about it, she’ll try to refrain. It only speeds up the process, after all. She always figures it out in the end.
Y = Yearn
how do they act when they're away from you?
Vera has no issue with separation. That’s for the best, really - she travels pretty often, seeing investors about her various start-ups and attending business conventions. She doesn’t have much time for phone calls, but you will get little texts throughout the day. Updates, pictures of her food, complaints about people. You get a good morning and a good night text every day without fail.
Z = Zzz
what are their sleeping habits like?
Vera has a very specific bedtime routine she has to follow to the letter. She takes a shower, then does her skincare, as well as her snakes’ scalecare. She gets into bed and checks her calendar - she has it memorized, but it doesn’t hurt to double check. She plugs her phone in, alarm set for 6 am, and she lies down to go to sleep. She’s not one for bedtime cuddles. She sees it as a distraction from her very important beauty sleep. She loves you, but she will kick you if you start encroaching on her territory.
I tried to make Fantina as accurate as possible in Sims 4, those are the only best bows I could find while the stickers I could only draw them on my own.
Bonus her sleepwear is so cute I kinda like it on her (reference from her bad ending Pic when she was eating pizza watching TV)
