Snapchat

I'm setting a goal for myself. I've uninstalled snapchat and I'm going to try stay away from it for at least a week. I think I'll struggle a bit but maybe it could be the best thing for me and my brain. Snapchat is pretty much toxic. I always find myself checking up on my messages or flicking through the news pages. If you feel like me maybe you should do it too!
