Stomach transformation. I went from about 195lb to 155lb. I can’t believe how much I’ve changed. Ive been battling weight since I was very young. I wish I had never let myself get that bad but at least I’m where I’m at now. I was and still am ashamed of how I use to look. Losing this weight has allowed me to learn to love myself in a way I never could have before.
