“H-Hi!” Koemi greeted. She eyed the item she is holding. “A giant paint brush?”
"Yes. Yes it's a giant paintbrush." She stared at the girl curiously, head tilted. "What's your name?"

He sighed. If Dist had to introduce himself to every single one of these people, he was sure he was going to lose whatever shred of sanity he had left.
“I don’t know about any directions, but I am the most esteemed Dist The Rose, formerly the most resplendent member of the God Generals.”
Beryl impudently raised an eyebrow, bespectacled at the introduction he gave him.
"I can totally see why it's 'former'." She scoffed and snorted in an undignified manner, "Oh well, guess I'm staying in the meanwhile. Name's Beryl; painter extraordinaire."

“Well well, we have quite the motley crew assembled here now haven’t we? Not that I mind the company. What is it that you want?”
"Uh... directions would be nice. Where am I exactly? And who are you?"

This applies to anyone from Tales, OC, AU, whatever! Please? I want to follow you all!
(This doesn’t mean I won’t roleplay with people from other fandoms, because I will, I’m just wondering about roleplayers from my series)
Off the beaten path - OPEN
It’s amazing how much time can pass when you’re enjoying yourself. It’s even more amazing how much time can pass when you’re not enjoying yourself. Case in point today, when the monsters residing in Gaoracchia forest decided to pay Mizuho a visit.
While not an uncommon happenstance, the mysterious village and the inhabitants of the forest had rarely come to clash on each others land as of late, so whatever might have triggered them to come to Mizuho all of a sudden was…
… a mystery, at this point. Of course, while just as unfortunate as it was confusing, that’s usually what happened. Mizuho’s inhabitants might be extremely adapt at gathering information, but even then there were things that remained unknown to them. Their neighbors in the dark forest weren’t a complete mystery to them, thanks to years of living beside the strange forest, but even then happenings like this could still baffle the wisest of men in the village.
Thankfully, despite their abrupt appearance, Mizuho was more than ready to defend itself. The Chief-in-Training was more than happy to assist her people, even if it cut into her work schedule (oh no, what time she would waste… ahem). Soon enough, the number of creatures began to dwindle, but even as they crowd began to thin the village was still buzzing with disorder. A group had gone to chase the remaining monsters back into the forest and had yet to return. Among them were several guards and a certain summoner, all of whom had sustained some injury or another during the fighting in the village. As to where they were in the forest now was unknown.
To Sheena’s fortune, she was not in fact in the Gaoracchia forest. No, to her even greater misfortune, she had actually gone much farther out than she’d anticipated, but, then again, she wasn’t exactly very good at keeping track of where she was. Especially when she was so caught up in making sure her targets were effectively defeated.
An explosion of cards erupted from the summoner’s fingertips once more as a one-eyed anthropomorphic flower went spinning off several feet away. A similar one just as quickly took it’s place though, vine like fists wildly thrashing out at her face. A quick tumble forwards and it’s one-eyed face came into contact with her boot, only for a stray spiked vine from the previous monster to rake across her back when she moved to stand.
A sharp hiss of pain was all that came from her mouth, body lurching forward as her leg shot out the kick the monster behind her away before tumbling towards a spot from where she could see the rest of her enemies out in the open. Several flower creatures remained, along with a slower but much larger caterpillar like monster lurking in the bushes near by. Likely waiting to try and lash out when she wasn’t looking…
At least they were no longer in the depths of the forest. None of them could hide, and while that didn’t entirely work for the ninja, at least she didn’t have to worry about constantly looking above or behind her every few seconds. The monsters were notorious for dropping from the dark tree tops and around the darkened corners of the rough path. But, looking at her surroundings now, they had gone out much farther from the forest than she anticipated. A bit too far, to tell the truth. And upon further inspection, the trail leading into the forest was far behind them, and the earthy path they were now located near was…
Crap.
They weren’t alone after all. Not any more, anyway. Whoever was walking down the road now was in for an unpleasant surprise if they came any closer.
“Hey!” She called out, hoping to only gain the strangers attention, throwing another seal towards the group of beasts in the hopes of keeping their scrutiny on her, “Back off and go take shelter somewhere!”
Blissful. Pleasant. Upbeat.
Or at least, that was what it was supposed to be. It was the caustic beginnings which always caused lady luck to fly off and scramble aimlessly to everywhere, anywhere besides her. The only thing which refrained her from admitting that this tragic spur of events was entirely due to her misbehavior was her relentless pride.
The girl was dubious and went on with the stray path she chose on traversing. Said path was by no means danger-free, it also lacked any artistic intrusion whatsoever, according to the feeble mind of this painter.
With the wave of her improbable weapon, in which case would be a brush, an incantation surged itself on the atmosphere, glimmering with the bright colors of pink. "Massive Rock~!" Shouted the voice that seemed to emanate from a teen. The duteous action was immediately followed by a magical seal, as well as a large, stony material erupting forth from her stature, bouncing warily off the terrain, aimlessly knocking over some trees, as well as its targets, of course.
For some reason, the beasts which roamed about were mostly mutated forms of flora. It wasn't as if she minded though, good matches were always a day-maker, for her.
Perfunctory instincts sparked the hidden flame of desire to fight within the travelling girl. As such, she weaved another painting of unreadable seals, this time, with a glint of determination and willpower. A chilly draft echoed along the vibrant buzzing of the evening wind, a cold mist wrapped around another unsuspecting target or two. Blowing down her brush, a large apparition of ice dropped down its agenda.
"Final Embrace~!"
Satisfied with the results, she promptly shot the surroundings a valiant grin of achievement. Perhaps this was a grand exploration after all.
The painter wandered around a few more instances, sounds of rounds of ruthless spellcasting and what appeared to be brush-hitting expeditions were apparent, though it seems like no one notices her for some reasons. There was a point in which she cast a ground-shaking spell, enough to be classified as an earthquake, yet no response still.
Her triumphant expression remained only for so long, and she started trailing off blankly into the midst of the heavily-forested area once more, the amount of monsters lingering seemed to lower drastically, and it appears as if though it wasn't due to her actions alone. Her eyes lidded lowly in a fit of boredom. Feet dragged themselves further and further, whisking away from the civilization she spotted lightly from before. It was rather dim and it appeared as if though the people were under a commotion or whatnot, perhaps that was why they didn't come around when she produced a magnitude. Beryl would rather not appear on heavily drastic occurrences, she was unwilling to help at the moment.
Peering off into the distant and unfamiliar lands further and further, the girl, soon enough, grew tired, as any other would. Although, her case was a lot less likely; it was probable that she only grew lazy from too much walking. A challenge or two could prove of essence right now.
Using the other tip of her brush as a weight-supporting material, she carried onward. Wheezing from taking in all too much of nature.
"But it's so dull around..." She gloated, supposedly she was going to answer the voice which seemed to come from behind a tree with a much more reasoned response, but since the voice could've come from a tree hybrid (for all she knew, all the flower-like monsters got into her nerves lately), she didn't. Changing the tune of her voice, she spoke again.
"Are you perhaps another one of those monsters? A talking tree, maybe?"
