“hey, hey! i knew it was you.” leah had managed to catch up with kei, and she seemed quite glad to see him. “are you doing anything tonight? ali said we could come over and hang out! she even said we could sleep over if we didn’t want to go home. please say you’ll come!”

"Wha--" He'd been listening to music, only noticing the person approaching when they were very close. Noticing it was Keah, he smiled widely and took his headphones off. "I am free, I guess?" To be invited out of the blue like this... "I- Sure. I mean, yes. I'd love to have a sleepover with you two." The girls were so cute and kind, he really felt welcomed and at ease with them. "Do you know if she has ice-cream home? Sleepovers need ice-cream."

Oh goodness no. No. No no no shit no. Bartol (or anyone connected to him) could never know what kind of content he made. At least not now.

"I prefer to keep my content page separate from my private life. That's why I don't give my public contacts to people. It's nothing personal." He smiled in a way he hoped came across as friendly and sweet. "I look forward to seeing you in person again, Tristan."

After a wave, he was off to knock at the door he'd been directed to - heart in his throat. The time between his knocking and when Bartol finally opened seemed to both be endless and pass in the blink of an eye. When his internet crush finally opened the door, Kei hoped he wasn't blushing too hard or making a weird face. "H-Hello! It's Kei... we... we arranged to meet?"

{⛨} - "Oh, that was today wasn't it?" Bartol's eyes widened. "God, I'm so sorry, I forgot and took a nap because my sleep schedule's gone to shit- you can come in if you want. Sorry the place is kind of a mess-"

By "mess" he meant he had plushies strewn about and leftover mochi donuts half eaten on the counter and fairy lights still plugged in.

He tried smiling, hoping he wasn't coming off as intimidating (he got that comment a lot on his streams). "Make yourself at home. Can I get you anything to drink? I have Ramune and iced tea."

And there he was, his crush, holding the door open while looking tousled and sleepy - Bartol looked... so adorable and handsome. Kei did his best not to stare, but probably failed. "Sorry for interrupting your nap", he offered a slight bow, but straightened again upon being casually invited inside. Did he look too eager walking in?

The thoughts of worry disappeared as he took in the ambiance; a happy, amused smile arching his lips. "I think it's very cute. You don't have to change anything because of my presence - I would actually love to sit among the plushies with the little lights still on." The perspective of sitting in that very cosy room he's so often seen on stream, across or bear the other man, was very much a pleasant one.

His own filming area was clean, very much so, but also bare and cluttered with objects. Such a simple setup made Kei feel calm and at ease. The key natter was to not think about what he'd love to do with the other man in such a cosy room.

"Oh, uhm... I will have anything you also have. Or water. That's also fine." Noticing how the other man was trying to appear not intimidating by smiling, Kei suppressed a giggle - he'd witnessed the chat comments bashing Bartol about failing at smiling. Besides, he liked the man's serious looks and tone but kind words. "You don't need to force yourself to smile."

{🗡️} - "Bartol?" The redhead that opened the door blinked but then gasped. "Oh my! You must be that viewer he was talking about! He's two doors down!" He pointed to his right. "I'm Tristan by the way! If you watch Bartol's streams, I sometimes um... accidentally end up on there too ha ha..."

Kei tried to appear confident in front of the man who seemed to be a friend of Bartol - and he seemed to recognise him from some stream he's watched, too. Although his gaze was always on the one he was there to meet and.little else.

He blushed upon hearing that Bartol had mentioned him visiting and nodded, thanking the redhead. "Sorry for bothering you. I am Kei. I am a content creator too, but I don't do cosy streams." Quite the opposite content, actually.

{🗡️} - "You do? Oh, Bartol will probably want to exchange socials then- he's always looking for other streamers to collab with!" With a smile and a wave, Tristan sent Kei on his way.

When he'd get to the right door, Bartol would open it yawning.
