Man, so much to unpack here and this is just the first half… I think out of all of my references to The Caretaker / EATEOT / Heartaches I’ve shoved into my SU content, this is the most, um, pertinent to the situation. I knew I was going to introduce this character this way even before I had all the Lines and whatnot planned out; it was just a matter of when we got around to it. 

While this version of Steven isn’t open for asks just yet, you can start coming up with questions you might have for him; though I would recommend waiting until part two for this is up before you send them.

On a side note, today is the SIXTH anniversary of Handplates! SIX!!! Which is a very Gaster number but six!!! wtf!! I don’t even believe it myself, frankly. There’ll be another bonus today, but I figured this could work as a nice landmark. My ideal one would have been a few comics ahead but I couldn’t make it in time… maybe if I hadn’t hurt my arm earlier this year. >:/ But Gaster finally letting Papyrus help him works well enough.
