Don't you think that Nagini was done dirty? She barely spoke.
No. I don’t. If that’s a criterion, I don’t see why people are complaining that Nagini’s character was done dirty but they say nothing about Credence. Sure, people were in Paris because of him but he did not have much more screen time than Nagini and his lines were variations of ‘who am I’? And his character still developed and moved forward.
The same goes for Nagini.
Should she have spoken more? Would that make sense for her character? She trusts NO ONE so she only speaks with Credence and they are on the run for the biggest portion of the movie. At the end, she loses the one person she trusted and let herself be affectionate towards and she is left with all these characters who have decided to take a stand against Grindelwald. Her character is left at the point when she has to decide both were she stands in terms of the war and what she ‘ll do now that she’s free but alone. She has to see if she’ll let these new people in, if she can cooperate with them etc. The aftermath of being alone and treated like a freak is being brought to the forefront and her character seems to have a lot of potential.
