As an avid fan of BendyStraw, I need to ask, what are your personal headcanons of these guys dynamic as a couple?
Who cooks, who is richer? Who gets extra protective? Just some curious brainrot.
Sorry for taking so long to respond! I've been super busy, but not busy enough to not ramble about the goobs...
Bendy and Cup reminded me of these two ocs I've had for six years and was instantly hooked to myth when I first saw it. Subsequently, all of my drawings of bendystraw are half-myth, half-oc inspired (and a little side of me and my gf's relationship <3).
For starters, Cuphead is obviously parallel with anything romantic, and he's not really a sensitive, emotional person. He probably would not know he liked Bendy up until the very last moments, maybe even while Bendy would be confessing his own feelings. On that note, Bendy is more connected with his feelings and he can express them, but again not on a therapist-approved level
They wouldn't have like a well-defined start of a relationship, more like a smooch and a level of intimacy that surpasses friendship. It would go something like this:
After they'd "get in a relationship" or whatever they think happens, Cuphead would def become protective of Bends. Also he'd follow him virtually everywhere he goes
Bendy is definitely the cook, while Cuphead takes over most other chores:
In terms of love languages, Cuphead would be big on acts of service, and Bendy would appreciate quality time the most. They are not a PDA couple at all
