#SomethingInTheWater [LYRICS] - Carrie Underwood
He said I've been where you've been before Down every hallway's a slamming door No way out, no one to come and save me Wasting the life that the good Lord gave me Then somebody said what I'm saying to you Opened my eyes and told me the truth He said, just a little faith, it'll all get better So I followed that preacher man down to the river
And now I'm changed And now I'm stronger There must've been something in the water Oh, there must've been something in the water
Well I heard what he said and I went on my way Didn't think about it for a couple of days Then it hit me like lightning, late one night I was all out of hope and all out of fight Couldn't fight back the tears so I fell on my knees Saying God if you're there, come and rescue me Felt love pouring down from above Got washed in the water, washed in the blood
And now I'm changed And now I'm stronger There must been something in the water Oh there must be something in the water
And now I'm singing along to Amazing Grace Can't nobody wipe this smile off my face Got joy in my heart, angels on my side Thank God Almighty, I saw the light Gonna look ahead, no turning back Live every day, give it all that I have Trust there's someone bigger than me Ever since the day that I believed
I am changed, and now I'm stronger There must've been something in the water (Amazing grace) Oh, there must be something in the water (How sweet the sound) Oh, there must be something in the water (That saved a wretch like me) Oh, there must be be something in the water Oh, I am changed (I once was lost) Stronger (But now I'm found) Was blind, but now I see

ARCHIES/DAVID ARCHULETA FANS! Please Pass This On!
I've seen enough rude comments from the @DavidArchie fanbase that I felt the need to speak up. I'm very disappointed to say the least. He's been gone for two years on a mission, and obviously he's changed as a result of that. He's become more dedicated to his faith and more focused on living a life that portrays that. Since his return it certainly seems that he's been more private about his music career, his schooling, and his plans for the future, but he has every right to be! He never was the most public person before to begin with; and just because he isn't informing us of every single detail of his life since his return does NOT mean that he has become selfish or self-absorbed in any way. It really saddens me to see so-called "fans" making rude comments, leaving the fanbase, saying they wasted their time waiting for him for two years and even going so far to say they were mad at him for his comment saying that his mission was the best two years of his life. Seriously? Did we ever think it would be otherwise?! Yes, I'm sure his pre-mission music/touring years were influential and enjoyable for him, but there is definitely a difference in living life for yourself and living your life for a higher power. And I personally am really proud of him for realizing that and making that shift. Maybe it's just me, but I believe true fans wouldn't just be waiting to see what they could "get" from him. I've been a fan since the beginning, so of course I would LOVE some new music right about now, but give him time! He SAID that he would definitely keep music as a part of his life, so why are we questioning him? This is David, remember? The most honest, kind, humble and trustworthy guy in the industry!! He hasn't forgotten about us and he never will! He KNOWS we've been here waiting for him and he's very grateful for that I'm sure! He's NOT taking us for granted. He's simply reintegrating back into a very complex world and trying to find how his new outlook on life fits into all of that. I'd like to apologize for all the comments that others have made that may have potentially reached David. Despite all of this, I hope he realizes that he still has a very supportive group of fans that are on his side, that are praying for him, and that genuinely want him to be happy and successful; in music and in life. We love you David! <3 God bless!!

MUCH AMAZINGNESS ON MY TIMELINE. BLESS THE INTERNET.Â
I’m posting this for people to listen to, not download.  Please buy it from iTunes (or Amazon…or wherever you buy you’re music). Â
btw I LOVE the nanana parts, they’re so cute!!!!
As always, there’s so much at the Grammy’s that something incredible gets over looked.
I want to shout out Hunter Hayes for this. He created a song that’s tailored for this generation…We’re in an age that insecurities are at it’s highest, bullying is practically an epidemic. Sending hate anonymously to others, telling people to kill themselves, people actually listening to those assholes and doing so.Depression, self-harm/hatred are sweeping through our generation and taking away so many good, young people.Â
But here you have Hunter Hayes who gave us this gem.
He gave all of us that little bit of hope we need to push through and see the finish line. He told us we’re gonna make it. He gave a whole generation another reason to live and not pick up that blade tonight, to not take that gun and end everything.
Because down the line, everything you’ve been through will just make you that much stronger. Because you’re not alone. . Because it’s okay to dare to be different. Because you’re not invisible. Â
And that’s exactly why this lil cutie from Louisiana deserves every recognition. He wasn’t even nominated, but he won the entire show.
Here’s to you kid. I applaud you.
PREACH
I want to know that I’ve got nothing in my mind but singing this song. Good lord willing somebody hears this song and it means something to somebody. Somebody. One person. I’ll be like, stoked — that’s what I’m hoping for I guess.
Hunter Hayes <3 || REBLOG if you could relate to “Invisible“. Lets see how many people felt that this beautiful song meant something to them. (via bookingmyselfaonewayflight)
Invisible [lyrics] - Hunter Hayes
SPOILER ALERT!! FULL LYRICS BELOW!!
[VERSE 1]
Crowded hallways
Are the loneliest places
For outcasts and rebels
Or anyone who just dares to be different
And you’ve been trying for so long
To find out where your place is
But in their narrow minds
There’s no room for anyone who dares to do something different
Ohh.. but listen for a minute
 [CHORUS]
Trust the one
Who’s been where you are
Wishing all it was
Was sticks and stones
Those words cut deep
But they don’t mean you’re all alone
And you’re not invisible
Hear me out
There’s so much more to life than what you’re feeling now
Someday you’ll look back on all these days
And all this pain is gonna be
Invisible
All invisible...
[VERSE 2]
 So your confidence is quiet
To them quiet looks like weakness
But you don’t have to fight it
Cause you’re strong enough to win without them
Every heart has a ribbon
Let yours beat out so loudly
That everyone can hear it
Yea promise you don’t need to hide it anymore
Woah, never be afraid of doing something different
Dare to be something more
[CHORUS]Â
Trust the one
Who’s been where you are
Wishing all it was
Was sticks and stones
Yea, the words cut deep
But they don’t mean you’re all alone
And you’re not invisible
Hear me out
There’s so much more to this life than what you’re feeling now
And someday you’ll look back on all these days
And all this pain is gonna be
Invisible...
 [BRIDGE]
These labels that they give you
Just cause they don’t understand
If you’ll look past this moment
You’ll see you’ve got a friend
Waving a flag for who you are
And all you’re gonna do
Yea so here’s to you
And here’s to anyone who’s ever felt invisible...
 Yeaaahhh...
You’re not invisible
 Hear me out
There’s so much more to life than what you’re feeling now
Someday you’ll look back on all these days
And all this pain is gonna be
Invisible
 It’ll be invisible
Well, I’m pretty sure this doesn’t only happen to us, but I’ve seen it happen to a lot of us..
