Brendan’s Summer.

Brendan typically loves being outside and going on adventures; so his Summer consists of gathering a group of people to take with him on spontaneous road trips. He may go to Cedar Point, he may go camping, he may book a hotel room in another state just to explore something new. He definitely plans on continuing to dance; as it’s probably his biggest passion in life. Maybe he’ll audition for SYTYCD or something along those lines. 

He isn’t aware of his siblings’ relationship with their father, and although it may upset him to know that they want him in their life; he loves both of them more than anything and he’ll support every decision they make even if he doesn’t approve. That said; Brendan will more than likely be spending more time with their mother. He'll help her around the house, and take her out for dinner at the most expensive place around. He wouldn’t ever want her to be lonely without her boys there, and if two of them are gone, he’s gotta make up for that somehow. 

On top of his own shenanigans; he’s most likely to be seen attached to Holden’s hip. Brendan never cares what they’re up to as long as they’re together. Holden keeps Brendan sane, and when it’s time to start looking for Colleges to apply to; he’ll definitely keep his best friend in mind. Mainly because he wasn’t happy to get his schedule for their Junior year and find that they only had one class together. The possibility of being in different states would feel even more sour in his stomach. So, as long as there’s Holden, Hollie, Noelle, and his dog Jax in his life? He’ll have some pretty incredible stories to tell when school starts back up.

Sebastian looked up at Brendan who was higher than he was given Sebastian’s chosen position. He was seconds away from caving and just leaning straight against his brother but for now he just pushed himself up into sitting, yawning and running a hand through his already messy hair as he reached to start rolling himself a joint. He wasn’t sure he trusted his body to hold out. He glanced back at Brendan briefly, trying to get a good enough look in that brief second as to how his brother was doing so he wouldn’t need to ask. “You look happy.” He mumbled sarcastically, and this time as he settled back, joint in one hand and lighter in the other, he leaned straight back against Brendan, legs kicked out along the seat and over the arm considering how tall he was.

Brendan hadn’t been paying much attention to Sebastian until he spoke again. It wasn’t normal behavior in the slightest; as he definitely would have greeted him with a giant cheesy grin on a good day. “I’m so happy.” He replies, biting down on his bottom lip. He’s hoping that Sebastian doesn’t ask any questions, because he wouldn’t even know where to begin. Brendan doesn’t let anyone see him upset, but Sebastian is probably one of the only people that ever has. “How are you?” He asked after a moment, shifting his position comfortably after his brother leaned against him. He didn’t want to be upset or stressed out anymore, and taking his attention away from it might have done him some good.

Sebastian wasn’t entirely sure what he’d been doing for the past hour. Staring at the ceiling, mostly. After getting home that morning from his night at some random’s house, he’s pretty much spent the entire day in his room, watching some crap on netflix and getting over the minor hangover he had from the night before. Usually they weren’t a problem but mixing some indescript drug with the alcohol had left him a little worse for wear.

Still, he was feeling a little on the more human side now, and headed down to meet Brendan, more than happy to continue to destroy his own health with more weed. As soon as he found him, he wordlessly dropped down onto the couch. “Hey, weed-hostage-holding-ass.” He murmured, shifting further down the couch and stretching his legs out to rest on the coffee table. “Where’s that free stuff you were talking about? Cough it up.”

Brendan had been holed up in the basement for the better part of the day; keeping himself isolated from everyone else. He hadn’t been feeling like himself lately, and in order to prevent anyone from seeing that he had to hide. It was a rare occasion for him to genuinely feel like he wasn’t wanted anywhere, but it was just one of those days, and he couldn’t think of any better way to deal with it than smoking. He looked up from his cell phone when he heard the door open. “Hey.” He mumbled; throwing a sandwich bag on the table and continuing to scroll through his Facebook feed. “I got forty dollars worth. You can roll it if you’re not feelin’ the bowl right now.”
