Had my last night in Tokyo. Went drinking and did karaoke with Conrad. I joined him in butchering Bocelli's masterpiece Con te Partiro. I spent my final hours in Japan drinking Fosters in the Qantas lounge.

Went to visit my friend Yoko on her island, Kozushima. It's part of Tokyo but lies 3 hours offshore by jet boat or 25 minutes by plane. I almost got stuck out there when the typhoon came but managed to get myself on the only flight off the island that day.
