I read Chris Hedges or Helena Cobbanās latest commentaries on Gaza, and then look at the deplorable indifference of our body politic, media, and corporate entities. I wonder how my sanity is not challenged. When I went shopping with my friends, I noticed the pulsating crowd traffic, the overwhelming abundance, and the determined expressions of people, even in leisurely repose. I see noā¦
The Unwanted Children
Itās not that I have more energy to do this, but rather that I am feeling the blahs about the media I usually consume in abundance. Iām feeling averse to anything that might make me more despair. Iām trying to keep happy, or at least preoccupied with small activities and aspirations. My daughter seems to draw conflict whenever I try to help or support her. It causes me great insecurity and grief.ā¦
