I'm crying, I'm so happy

Since 2007, since I saw the Strangers in theaters, both on a date and with my mom, I saw a trailer for a film called the Poughkeepsie Tapes. Since that day, I waited for a release. Theaters or DVD. Fangoria kept it on it's film forecast. One day it, it dropped off the film forecast but never from my want. My heart. I was soon it's last remaining, known fan. I was obsessed with a film, I knew nothing about.

Often, I'd grow upset. Why the fuck wasn't it being released? Trash gets released all the damn time. So why wasn't this one? People would say it was so bad, that's why. Has anyone ever seen Backwoods? Seriously?

A bunch of dumb scene kids said it was always on Animal Planet. No. That was the Lost Tapes. An entirely different animal than Poughkeepsie Tapes. Finally, last week, I learned that the only way to find a copy was to find it on websites that weren't well known.

Today, May 12th, 2014, seven years later, I own Poughkeepsie Tapes. I am crying. I am so fucking happy. ;_; This movie is everything I could hope it could be!
