So ya’ll really got Alan Menken and Pasek and Paul in a room...and still couldn’t figure out how to fit “Proud of Your Boy” in the movie?!!!
Otherwise, I thought the movie was fantastic! Super fun and colorful. It had me grinning from ear to ear like the Disnerd I am. Also, really loved Princess Jasmine’s new song “Speechless” way better than “These Palace Walls” from the Broadway show. The opposite happened when I saw Beauty and the Beast, so I was slightly concerned about new songs in this one. Glad it all worked out!
