We were inspired at a garden center. My partner did not want a church and designed Münsters town hall instead.

Got into the mood for the season - project with my partner: she did the bobbin-lace, myself the woodwork. The design was inspired by laces seen in the traditional workshops in Erzgebirge which have been keeping the craft alive for hundreds of years.

With my partner (responsible for the upholstery side of the projects) we built footstools using an old mattress.

One is complementing the couch table. The other supports the legs in front of a black leather easy chair.

Made the counter from palets on request of a colleague who supplied all material. The 65 cm entrance is at the left. Inside, The space for a fridge was prepared in the corner. Lightning can be turned on underneath the countertop. Bottles and other decoration fit between the boards.

Round (almost) birdhouse made from bits and piece of oak as a challenge to the skills. Purchased the bird to go with it.

Felt like I needed new plates for the breakfast table. Oak again - being my favoured wood.
