PERSONAL UPDATE✨ For anyone who doesn’t know, I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for a while now. I found out on Wednesday that I’m having to go into hospital because things have gotten really bad and I’ll be going on Tuesday (17/11). I’m scared and feeling really weird BUT I’m trying to be as positive as possible. I’m hopefully going to get exactly what I need right now.
I’ll still have my phone and internet access so I’ll be able to keep up with gymnastics news🙊 It sounds strange but one of my goals is to be in a better place by the Rio Olympics so that I can watch the TF with a bowl of Ben and Jerrys and either cry into when Russia implodes or celebrate their amazingness🍨🍧🍦
this is MY road to Rio😇🐝💕 If you’ve read this you’re a beautiful and amazing person xxx
Take care of yourself! Virtual hug coming your way!
Mission accomplished!
Japan wins Team Final
Finally!
One of the happiest moments was when Japan won the Team Final. After Kohei san’s uncharacteristic fall from the Horizontal Bar, everyone had been holding their breath. When the official announcement came, many of the Japanese delegation and fans started to cry. That last shot is Kohei san waving at his family to share his happiness with them.
Pillars of creation (Eagle Nebula)
Canon 60D 10" Newton ISO 400 120 x 60"
This picture shows one of my all time favourites: the Eagle Nebula (M16) The conditions couldn’t be worse for a deep sky object. It was very low about 15 degrees and it was right in the huge lightglow of the big city Essen. In the location were i live, the Ruhr Area, we have nearly the highest light pollution you can get in Europa. But even at this condition i have managed it to capture the Pillars of Creation in a beautiful way. I hope you like it too!

Gorgeous!
Congrats Kenzo! FX Gold. :)
Max Whitlock, Silver
Rayderley Miguel Zapata Santana, Bronze
Luis has a well-deserved pint after the pommel final.
Kenzo, before and after his Floor Final routine.
Sorry about the colour. The lights were very yellowy where I was sitting, and we couldn’t use flash. The lighting also meant that all my action photos were orange and fuzzy. :(
The Japanese MAG pose with the Chinese WAG. So much talent in one picture!
Happy to be at Worlds!
Where's Kohei going?
Go Kenzo!
So happy to finally get a picture of Koji. :)
Yusuke definitely looks good in a suit.
Kazuma had a great Worlds
Kohei is signing autographs for the Chinese ladies team.
