took “self harm free since” our of my desc bc 1) it’s kinda not accurate anymore and i felt bad changing it 2) i relapsed twice in 3.5 years which is incredible seeing i used to self harm everyday 3) i think it’s triggering tbh, and it doesn’t determine my worth or anything so yeah :)
