how did you personally get into broadway shows?

Oh gosh, it was actually a pretty crazy ride. I have always been a fan of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. I first saw that show when I was 3 and literally watched the VHS with Donny Osmund at least 4 times a day. I am pretty sure I annoyed the crap out of my mom.

Then, it took awhile for me to watch more shows and listen to music. But, in Freshman year of high school, I actually went to New York with my choir and we seen Lion King (It was amazing!) That was when I actually started watching and listening to different Broadways more and more.

Now, after listening to my closest friend talk about shows (Mainly Phantom) I started diving head first into them.

I’ve noticed that, sometimes, finding information about Broadway or musicals or anything of the like can be very tricky for people just jumping onto this bandwagon. So, even though I am just recently joining this lovely community, I am trying my best to make information easier to find. If anyone would like to help me, send me a message and I will be sure to get back to you with more information!

Has anyone found a video of Ben Fankhauser as Steve in Blues Clue Live?

I have noticed that there are a lot of Fansies who are upset about the lack of countries they are showing Newsies in... If you want Newsies to be shown in a theater near you, you can make that happen!

On the site, there is an option to look at other places besides the US. If you scroll to the bottom of the short FAQ list, you will notice a certain question.

Talk to your theater! Contact Fathom! Contact Newsies! Contact who ever you need to so you can get them to bring the show to you!

I tweeted Tommy Bracco about my mom wanting to kick me all the way to Queens if I “Keep singing that Brooklyn song” and he liked it...

I tweeted the official Anastasia broadway twitter account about how me and my best friend were traveling from Chicago to New York just so we can see the show. They replied (Minor freak out mode) and then 10 minutes later, Southwest Airlines replied..
