Alex caught the eraser after it had bounced twice on the table, before looking up at the girl. Her voice sounded strangely familiar, yet she didn’t recall hurting her. Maybe a slight play of ‘torment the soul’? “What do you mean? Like I’ve been drugged up?” she purposely lowered both her eyelids and let her mouth open with a small dribble of saliva to emphasis on her words. “Have we met?” she asked as she whipped the fluid off her chin with the back of her sleeve and turning back to her drawing.
“Well the last time I saw you, you were ready to punch me so.” She said. “You seem fairly calmer this time.” She pointed out shrugging. “Yeah we met. But obviously you don’t remember, I’m Marli.”
