30 days of Disney - DAY 8: Saddest moment

I bet most of the people says it’s either Mufasa’s death or Bambi’s mother’s death. They ARE sad moments and when I was a kid I almost always ran in to another room ‘cause I didn’t want to watch them and start crying…

But then, what I consider to be the saddest moment, is the one in Hunchback of Notredame where they abuse Quasimodo at the Feast of Fools. It painfully reminds me about how I was being bullied too - JUST because of my looks. It’s absolutely the most stupid thing to bully anyone about. We are all different and that’s a wonderful, beautiful thing. There are too many people who don’t understand it and this scene reminds about it perfectly. The townsmen are treating Quasimodo like some hideous, dangerous monster and LAUGHING when he’s suffering. It makes me sad and angry at the same time. So this is, without a doubt, the saddest moment.
