when i was 17 my mother didn't believe me that we needed to book tickets for the harry potter studio tour far in advance, so there was one seat left on the bus and i went by myself and this girl my age from scotland i think and her grandmother ended up taking me in for the day. they were so incredibly kind to me and i think about them all the time.
