So I know I have a tendency to post things before finishing them, and often it takes me forever to finish things.

Still, you don't have to call me a bitch for it. I don't do it on purpose and I'm not doing it to hurt others. I get distracted easily, I know.

I love how Harry just genuinely likes Luna. Not in a romantic way, but in a “I don’t know how or why but I get you and you get me and I’d be honored to call you a friend and if anyone messes with you I’ll wallop them” kind of a way. I think he just marvels at her level of don’t give a fuck and her absolute sense of self. And then he and Ginny partially name their daughter after her (Lily Luna) and that to me is just fucking precious.

It’s because Luna leaves him alone. Harry feels upset? Luna talks about her newest theory on whatever magical creature she believes exists. He feels down and depressed? Luna distracts him by talking about Amazon river spirits. Luna gives Harry what he needs, in that she reminds him he is not the center of the universe. That’s what he wants. Harry never wanted to be the savior of the Wizarding World. He never wanted any of it, and he hates that his parents died for a prophecy about him, and he hates thinking about his miserable childhood.

Everyone else keeps accidentally reminding Harry of who he has to be.

Luna is so absorbed in knowing she never once cares about his name as a legend. He’s Harry, her nice friend who holds her shoes for her when she wants to walk barefoot in the woods so she doesn’t startle the moss-people.And he never complains about her oddities, like so many people, and she appreciates that.  And for him, she’s Luna, the friend who just needs him to hold her shoes for her. Luna never wants anything from him but for Harry to hold her things and listen to her talk and give his own input to her theories, mad as they might be at times. When Harry is with Luna, it’s always these quiet, content moments. She’s a bit mad, yeah, but she gets him. And he gets her.

Harry will fight anyone who calls her “Loony Lovegood”. Even though she doesn’t care, he does.

Okay, so, I’m running on the assumption that people are taking this seriously. If not, my bad. THIS IS INCREDIBLY NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL This woman’s name is Amy, and she owns a bakery/restaurant called Amy’s Baking Company. Not only do they serve the customers store-bought food under the pretense of it being gourmet and house-made, but they treat their customers absolutely terribly. This woman once chased two guys out of her restaurant because they had decided to leave after waiting 2 HOURS FOR THEIR FOOD. SHE WAS PISSED BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T PAY FOR IT. IT’S ALSO PROBABLY GOOD TO MENTION THAT SHE DOESN’T LET THE SERVERS HAVE TIPS, WHICH IF YOU’VE NEVER WORKED AT A RESTAURANT, MEANS THAT THEY GET PAYED FAR BELOW MINIMUM WAGE. AT THE TIME OF THE KITCHEN NIGHTMARES EPISODE, SHE AND HER HUSBAND OPENLY CONFESSED TO FIRING OVER A HUNDRED EMPLOYEES IN FIVE MONTHS. GORDON RAMSAY GAVE UP ON HER. Okay, so

Dutch carnival is coming up and this year I want to do something with my love for fandoms. (Which will undoubtedly make my best friend sigh with a facepalm to her own forehead.)  So this year, I'm gonna scour my own closet and dress up as a fem!Dean. 

(Dutch carnival is kinda like Halloween, except it's not scary, everyone is drunk and singing about the most random shit you can think off. I'm serious about that one, we got songs about clowns, frogs, shower curtains, helicopters, jet ski's and all that other shit.)

So I ordered a couple of fake tats (anti-possession and mark of Cain), found a plaid blouse I bought in Antwerp (from the men's department), a pair of boots, just some regular jeans and a green army style jacket. And I ordered a shirt that says saving people, hunting things, the family business.

I won't carry any of his trademark weapons, considering things like that are forbidden in my country. (Unless it's extremely obvious that such an item is a fake. like red/orange caps on the end of the gun barrel or an obviously, plastic/rubber knife.) And even then, I'm not gonna carry anything remotely sharp, knowing I'm a gigantic klutz and I don't want to end up actually stabbing someone.

So anyway, that's basically my idea for this year's carnival and I'm looking forward to it. Currently looking for some inspiration on Tumblr and stuff and I'll hope to finish it up before break starts

He seemed relaxed, and Emmett didn’t doubt that anyone would’ve noticed otherwise. And he had to admit that without his sensitive nose he would’ve been none the wiser. Not that he could tell what was bothering- no it wasn’t so much as bothering, it was more like apprehension. Well, at least there was something a little off about his scent. But he couldn’t tell what it was, and he had no doubt that he could keep it from showing on his features. He was a terrible liar, always had been. But he wasn’t an idiot, and he wouldn’t push it. Whatever Bryce was going through wasn’t his business.

"Didn’t think I’d ever see you in a zoo though." He chuckled softly before he realized that what he had said could be considered impolite. "Well, I mean-" He rubbed the back of his neck  and sighed. "Not that I don’t want to—" He cleared his throat and gathered his wits about him. This wasn’t the time or place to act like a four year old who couldn’t form one complete sentence. "How are you?"

Smiling slightly as he fumbled with his words, unable to really stop himself. “I like the animals…and the funnel cake.” Bryce admitted, that much was true. “But I’m doing well. Better recently. And you?”

The gentle giant couldn't keep the small smile off his face as Bryce spoke off the funnel cake. The zoo's recipe for the tasty treat seemed to be better than the one the annual fair had, he had to admit that. The soft chuckle that escaped him was one he couldn't hold back. Whether that was because of the human's words or his own nervousness he couldn't say. Though the latter was more likely. 

"I'm doing alright, cause- you know, I haven't been driven to insanity yet, so that's good." Which was a bit of a miracle in itself, considering the kids he worked with everyday. Just two days ago he had to rescue one of the teleporting students from the mansion's roof. And the week prior to that he had used more fire extinguishers than he could handle. Ah well, at least his job wasn't boring and it kept him alert, so he really shouldn't complain much. "Though they tried. And still are trying." He paused for a moment or two, "Mind if-.. if I take a seat?"
