Beelzebub:

“A true hero isn’t measured by the size of his strength, but by the strength of his heart.” -Hercules (Hercules) [I see this as being something you've had to say to him. Beel always worries about not being good enough in some way for you, and you say this to reassure him.]

“Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind.” -Stitch (Lilo and Stitch) [Beel has always had a really strong sense of family and the bond that comes with it. He knows that no matter what happens, family sticks together. And that is something he will always fight for.]

Belphegor:

“Venture outside your comfort zone. The rewards are worth it.” -Rapunzel (Tangled) [Belphie kind of has this "if i don't take risks i won't get hurt" kind of vibe going on. And by doing this he's missing things that could have ended up being good for him.]

“My dream wouldn’t be complete without you in it.” -Tiana (The Princess and the Frog) [Belphie is a lover, and he makes sure you know it. I feel like this is something he'd say when you ask him about what he dreams of when he sleeps.]

A/n: this one seemed so fun but i didn’t know what to title it bc i’m stupid so i just wrote the ask down here

Warnings: Swearing throughout, and mentions of sex for Asmodeus.

Lucifer: I think he’d be the type to rent out a ballroom and take you dancing. Imagine that scene from beauty and the beast; him taking you out on the dance floor, all dressed up (normal) and gentle (not normal for him). All of his brothers will be watching, sorry. He’s surprisingly good and not stiff at all, and you feel comfortable dancing with him no matter how good you are at it. After you’re done, he takes you out on the balcony and you look over the Devildom together. The starry night, the streetlights and him.

Mammon: CASINOOOOOOOO. Mans totally takes you out to a casino. But don’t worry it’s not as bad as it might seem. Mammon’s actually really fucking good at that stuff, with his sin and all. And while he does blow all of his money on stupid/useless things most of the time, tonight he spends it all on you. Expensive drinks and food, and he actually takes you to a jewelry shop after you’ve finished your night together and he lets you go to town and get whatever you want. It’s sort of a double whammy; on one hand he gets to spend money which he loves doing, and on the other he gets to see you get all excited over buying stuff.

Leviathan: Levi’s a super chill dude and going out isn’t really his thing. He’d rather stay in with you and do something, like play video games, or watch movies. I think he’d also enjoy reading the TSL series with you, no matter how many times he’s read it before and no matter how many times you’ve said you’re tired of it.

Satan: I feel like a date with Satan could be a multitude of things in all honesty. But one specific one I see is like a library date. Not those stupid ass public library things but like… those big libraries where it’s basically daunting to look up. The libraries where it’s cold so he wraps his coat around you so you don’t get cold. The libraries where it takes you hours to collect a good amount of books to read and you’re exhausted after climbing so many ladders and stairs that all you want to do is find a quiet corner and curl up with a book and read. So you do just that, and you end up calling asleep on his chest.

Asmodeus: Mkay this could be a whole bunch of things at once. For starters, SEX. I don’t see a date night with Asmo where you two aren’t having sex. But there’s a twist, because sex with Asmo isn’t necessarily always one thing. He likes to change it up sometimes; it could be rough and hard or it could be gentle and slow. He’s perfect at topping and even better at bottoming. On top of all of that he’s great at self care, his own and yours. He makes sure to always clean you up afterwards and sometimes he gives you a bath if you guys went especially hard or something. Something else you two might do is go clubbing; bumping and grinding on each other and him getting the chance to show you off to all of the other demons who he knows lust after you.

Beelzebub: Restaurant. The type doesn’t matter to him at all. He’d be just as happy with McDonalds as he would be with a fancy french restaurant. But for you he’d probably go somewhere fancy if it was something special like an anniversary, holiday, or someone’s birthday. He doesn’t say much, but the way he looks at you says everything his mouth doesn’t. He does compliment you from time to time, telling you how beautiful you are or how lucky he is to have you. But in truth, you feel like the lucky one.

Belphegor: With Belphie, it’s all about movies and cuddles. He loves being close to you and snaking himself around you. He always brings the best snacks (c’mon, Beel’s his twin brother ffs) and he picks some really good movies. He also enjoys the movies you pick. He a;ways ends up falling asleep after some time, though, but you don’t mind. You love him, and he loves you. What else could you ask for?

Mihael Keehl’s only talent was spending money. Every moment, he was trading his hard-earned, sometimes bloody cash for drugs and chocolate, and for permission to live in the rickety apartment he had to share with Matt and his lover, [name].

Mello stared out the window, a joint between two gloved fingers and a piece of chocolate in the other. He set down the chocolate, picking up his cigarette lighter and flicking it on, watching the fire burn and flicker, reflected in his blue eyes like Satan himself had come and possessed Mello. Maybe he had. During his moment of deliberation, the lighter had gone out. He flicked it again, watching it burn out until it let out a soft hiss as gas left it. This time, when it burned out, he set it down, putting the joint to his lips and taking a deep breath in. The smoke filled his lungs, calming him down like nothing else did.

It goes, all my troubles on a burning pile All lit up and I start to smile

Lately, [name] had been telling him to quit. They knew how much Matt enabled Mello, telling him smoking was good for him, telling him it would make him feel better, and they absolutely hated Matt for the way he grinned whenever Mello lit up. It felt good to escape their nagging for a little while with a good smoke. He tipped his head back as he took the next inhale, enjoying the way the smoke filled his lungs and warmed his very being. It felt so good to engage in his old hobby. Again, smoke filled his lungs as he sighed, loving the way his senses blurred and dulled together. “Mello? Are you home?” [name] knocked at the door, pressing their ear up to it. Mello set the joint down, burning on the windowsill, eventually lighting the dry wood on fire.

Mail Jeevas was your best friend, but not that night.

That night found you two speeding down an empty highway, laughing. Tucked between your knees was a bottle of red wine, between his a Monster. You yelled along to the lyrics playing on the radio with a grin as he steered the car effortlessly with one hand on the wheel, the other hand clutching a cigarette.

You two were on the way to the nearest hotel you two could find, a fever burning between you as the night sped by.

The moment he had parked the car, you were pulling him in for a wine-tainted kiss, your tongue flicking across his lower lip and tasting the sweetness of the Monster and the ashy burn of his cigarette.

You stumbled into the hotel together, hanging onto each other and laughing as you requested a hotel room, sliding a credit card across the counter. Once the transaction went through, you were running down the hotel hallway together, laughing as you chased each other with a fervency neither of you had known since your childhood spent in Wammy's House together.

The moment you reached your room, you had him against the door, lips pressed to lips. You moved to the beat of a rhythm both of you just *knew,* a wordless pace that had you two breathless as you shed your leather jacket and he shed his vest.

"Matt," you giggled as he lay you down on the bed. "What's gotten into you?" You two stopped as you gazed into his eyes, searching them for any semblance of regret, maybe, at changing your "bickering best friends" dynamic into something you both knew was more than just a little chemistry for a night. "What is this?"

He knew you were asking for more than just the answer "sex," but his response was breathless and passionate as he stared into your eyes, just drinking in the sight of you as he picked you up and laid you down on the bed, easily looming over your form, never breaking eye contact with you.

"This is modern love."

L and you hadn’t talked as much as you had before. Granted, he was in Japan working on a dangerous case. Again. But this one was different He had always found time before, but now he was almost avoiding you. You felt as if you didn’t even exist and that was hard for you. But he told you this may happen if the case got too dangerous. ( “We don’t talk much but I just gotta say, I miss you, and I hope that you’re okay” ) However, what you weren’t expecting was the text you got next.

You stared at your phone, unable to comprehend what you saw. The person you loved, your very own detective man, was leaving you. “It’s for the best,” he says. “With the Kira case, if he finds out I have someone I care about, he’ll definitely kill you. I can’t risk that. I’m sorry, y/n. I love you. Stay safe.”

Your eyes welled up with tears as you come to realize he was right. He was right and he was doing this for you. However, for the time you did have him, you loved him. Every part of him. And he loved you. Why did it have to come to this? Why did it have to end? ( “Nothing’s forever, nothing’s as good as it seems.” )

So you carried on with your life as best you could. You kept up with whatever you could pertaining to the Kira case, just hoping L was okay. Hoping he would win, and come back. You hoped he was succeeding with his work. You knew he could do this. He had to. Not just for you, but for everyone who was affected by Kira. ( “If you’re out there, I hope that you’re ok” )

More time passed. You were walking around town when you heard whispers. Everyone seemed oddly frantic that day, and it made you uneasy. You decided that you had to see what was wrong. You opened your phone to text your friend, finding that you already had a surplus of messages from them. The one you saw first was this: “I’m so sorry. Have you seen it? It’s about L. He.. well. Um. Y/n, he… died. I’m sorry. If you need me please call me.”

You felt your hands shake as you read the text over and over again. It couldn’t be true. He didn't... he couldn’t! You checked everywhere, with everyone, on every site. The news was spreading like wildfire. It was true. God, it was true. He was gone. Did you even respond to his message? When he said he loved you? You checked, and you didn’t. You left him with nothing while he left you with everything. You typed frantically to him, as if it would change anything now. As if he would see it: ( “Well, I hope you know how proud I am you were created, with the courage to unlearn all of their hatred. God I hope that you’re happier today, ‘cuz I love you, and I hope that you’re ok.” )
