most people: yusuke would never get super angry or get the bitter face that is the unused portrait he has!

me, who is not most people: it’s definitely possible for yusuke to be that level of annoyed and bitter but it takes a lot of work because he’s fairly calm sort of person if u make him excessively uncomfortable and when he asks u to stop u don’t the chances of this occurring rise by the minute and he will lose his shit ( i’m exaggeratin on that part but u get the point like he may be calm and collected but still? like a lot of people experience anger and express it differently? ) 

also i get there’s some parts in canon that might say this is otherwise but also yusuke isn’t extremely naive n oblivious like ya he doesn’t get a lot of modern things but? really? like? he lives in a high school dorm and high schoolers are filthy and honestly? he can put two and two together? like? yusuke may be naive but he’s not completely unaware he knows some things and if he doesn’t get something he will ask for a clear answer? like a lot of me hates the trope of “lol!!! this character doesn’t get what most people their age get!!!” and really this is one of those tropes like he is behind the times but he’s gonna make an effort to get more with it and i hate how people make jokes out of it like sometimes? it’s funny! but also most of the time don’t... treat him like a constant joke he’s a person who wants friends and wants to avoid being alone and i’m sure bein treated like a constant joke or laughin when he doesn’t get somethin hits his self esteem hard
