So I'm writing a bloodymary musical
Here’s some information on my eridian pebble OCs! They form a conspiracy theory gang where they’re trying to find out what actually happened at Tau Ceti:
How come all of their scientists died to a mysterious poison they’ve never heard of? Is it really what happened? What if someone killed them purposefully? What if they’re alive and being held hostage?
Does it have anything to do with the FREAKING ALIENS?? We didn’t even have a word for an “alien” until now!!
Oh yeah, there’s a supposed alien spaceship in orbit, but noone’s allowed to see it because it would crumble under Erid’s pressure. Suuuuurrreeeeee.
What do you MEAN Mr. Rocky time travelled??? Sounds like government conspiracy to me.
There’s six of them because I love imagining them brainstorming about what could’ve happened to the beat of Cell Block Tango. I use it/its pronouns for them because otherwise the plural situation surrounding they/them pronouns would get confusing real quick. They all probably use names such as “Medium rough texture tall thin eridian from the land of 🎶🎵”, the names I use are what Grace would call them.
The first is Crystal, the oldest of the group. It is, well, a crystal of average size and it loves wearing over-the-top jewellery and very textured clothes. One of its parents was apart of the Blip-A mission, but never came back. This led Crystal to start making theories about what could have happened, because for all it’s known, its parent was the smartest eridian out there - there’s no way it wouldn’t notice there was something wrong!
Next is Scoria, a pebble very large for its age. It is quite shy, only ever speaking using one, two at most of its vocal chords.
Phyll is small, but very energetic, talking over other eridians and bouncing around all the time. It can act like a jerk sometimes, but has a soft spot for Scoria.
The Catac-Lasite (gotta change the name) twins were born from a single egg, but broke off from each other shortly after birth. This left Catac with only three limbs and Lasite with deformed vocal chords. They spend most of their time together, because they get around and communicate easier when they complement each other. Catac’s dream is to explore the depths of Erid’s oceans and Lasite’s dream is to learn all the different eridian languages.
Finally, Greenie is the newest addition to the gang. It is tall and thin and often has problems with keeping balance due to its body build. Its parents moved from the countryside (eridians don’t have much need to form clusters like humans do) to a bigger city of scientists, where they work on keeping the aliens in their newly made biodome alive. Greenie isn’t very fond of this change.
