Thank you!!! And so is your art. It is an inspiration and has the best colors. If I tell you mine will you tell me the inspo for yours? For me it would be memory and the faces of animals. I love cat faces the most. Then anime second because I like the cute expressions

I can definitely see the cats in your art <333 My inspiration would generally be the asaro head on its own (I love pushing shape language so whenever I imagine faces I try to imagine an Asaro head but pushed to certain degrees,) and facial expressions alone.

Whenever I draw faces I start out with the facial expression I imagine the character wearing the most! For Daisuke I imagined him to always be a smiling person, so teeth are most notable in terms of his design when I draw him. His toothgap is something I put thought into because 1) cute 2) It brings more attention to his smile.

For Coat Guy I imagined he would be very quiet and inexpressive apart from being someone that heavily observes. So I try to direct focus on his eyes the most! I hope that makes sense :]
