Time is an illusion
Intro-
Time does not move, time is an illusion.
Your body- the vessel for your consciousness- moves through time.
Explanation-
I want you to imagine space time as a fabric- an infinite fabric that stretches and never stops. Imagine it bends in every direction- up down left right- an endless abyss. Everything exists in this fabric- past, present, future. That is time- and this fabric DOES not move
However you are somewhere on this fabric- and YOU can move around the fabric. This is how you experience life is by moving along the fabric, moving through the fabric âtimeâ. The fabric itself isnât moving.
You can access the past present and future all at once- Everywhere, Everything, all at once.
This means that everything that has or could happen exists already somewhere along this fabric of infinite possibilities.
The future you want one day- it already exists. As well as alternate timelines exist too the possibility of what if, is everywhere.
A timeline where you were raised in a separate country or with a single parent rather than two or vice versa.
It already exists- somewhere along this fabric of space and time.
You get to move through and find the timeline you want to find or even the REALITY you want to find
Itâs all about belief and perspective- let me explain
Say if you are suffering with addiction and you want to be the sober version of yourself. That version of yourself already exists. They are already here, you donât have to make them up.
What you have to do- is shift. Shift this version of yourself to that version of yourself. The perspective, the feeling, of who you are now is different to that version of yourself you are shifting towards.
So you just imagine- what would I feel like if I was this person, what would I feel like if I were sober. What does this version of me believe- what do they perceive. How do they view things- like the world, like themselves.
When you shift your perspective, you shift your reality
One more time for those of you in the back-
When you shift your perspective, you shift your reality
The interesting thing is- if you shift to this version of yourself thatâs sober, thatâs been sober- you not only change your route to your future but also your past. You have shifted timelines.
This is why manifestation and shifting are extremely simple- because that dream life you want it already exists.
The only thing standing between you and and that you is your belief system and your perspective
The 3d- the physical world- is a reflection of your beliefs, reflection of your vibrations, all the lies within the 4d.
The energy you give of (your beliefs) is reflected back to you made into a physical world. Itâs showing you who you are.
You have all the power you need to manifest and shift to your Dr- itâs all around you.
Conclusion-
Shifting is along that timeline of space and time- the multiverse theory if you will- you just have to access the same perspective as your Dr self
Ok, WTH is âThe Voidâ??
Introduction-
Iâm sure youâve heard it lingering around online. Rather be the void method or a video illuminating how to enter the void.
What is the void? Is it where Eleven goes when she uses her telekinesis powers?
The point of this analysis is to explain what the hell even is the void.
What is it-
(I can imagine the void state being a hard concept to grasp so Iâll explain it to my best abilities!!)
Basically, the void state is a mediative state.
When your body is asleep and your mind is awake
In the void state, youâll feel disconnected from this body and this reality. Youâll feel nothing, almost if youâre floating.
Time doesnât exist in the void state, it might feel like a few minutes when in actuality youâre there for hours.
Ok but Fawn why do I need to know this
The void state is a PERFECT time to practice manifestation or shifting
I highly recommend you having a plan before entering the void state
Before intending to enter the void state ask yourself:
Where am I intending to shift once Iâm in there
Or
What am I intending to manifest once Iâm in there
Also, you donât have to enter the void state with a goal in mind- if you just want to be a peace for a few hours be my guest!
How to enter the void state
Step 1: get into a comfortable position, with minimal distractions
Step 2: relax, I HIGHLY recommend meditating while doing this step or counting anything that particularly relaxes you
Step 3: affirmations time, start repeating affirmations like
â I am pure consciousnessâ
â I am not attached to any realityâ
Step 4: keep repeating affirmations until you feel like youâre floating and disconnected from this reality- this is where you are experiencing Hypnagogic sleep paralysis and your awareness is somewhere else entirely (AKA the void)
Conclusion-
The void state is a meditative state where your body is relaxed, and your awareness is alive outside of this reality.
You can use the void state to manifest , shift, or just meditate.
The Marilyn Monroe mindset
Have you been trying to manifest / shift and feel like you havenât been having much luck receiving your desires?
This is because what youâre feeling/thinking throughout the day reflects on what your physical experience will be, what attracts is what you believe.
Marilyn Monroe- The Blonde Baby, a sex symbol of the 1950s, the timeless style icon- received her status by engaging with her alter ego, and assuming the law of assumption.
The Monroe effect
Marilyn was the queen of law assumption
Norma Jeane, is the woman who created Marilyn. She manifested her into this reality.
Norma jeane didnât make a character. She made a whole new identity for herself. she assumed a title and a whole personality for a part of her energy
Norma jeane was so in tune with her energy she was able to shift it at will- and you can too. She was able to shift into the vibration that led her to be Marilyn- and YOU can shift into the vibration that allows you to manifest whatever you want or shift whenever you wish.
A story of Monroe using this technique
This story was told by the wife of Marilyn Monroe's personal photographer.
"I'll never forget the day Marilyn and I were walking around New York City, just having a stroll on a nice day. She loved New York because no one bothered her there like they did in Hollywood. She could put on her plain-jane clothes, and no one would notice her. She loved that. So as we we're walking down Broadway, she turns to me and says, 'Do you want to see me become her?' I didn't know what she meant, but I just said 'Yes'- and then I saw it. I don't know how to explain what she did because it was so very subtle, but she turned something on within herself that was almost like magic. And suddenly cars were slowing and people were turning their heads and stopping to stare. They were recognizing that this was Marilyn Monroe as if she pulled off a mask or something, even though a second ago nobody noticed her. I had never seen anything like it before."
Monroe just needed to change her mindset in order to immediately have the Monroe effect.
How to practice the Monroe effect
your first step will be to make an alter ego.
It doesnât have to be so thought out - it can just be your name 2.0 for instance (Fawn 2.0 for example)
This alter ego of yourself does not listen to the limitation and doubts that your normal self fears . This alter ego version of yourself is limitless.
Whenever you wanna turn into that alternate version of yourself, consider practicing listing some affirmations and answering questions that they would answer.
Hereâs some examples
âI am limitlessâ
âWhy am I so powerfulâ
âI always get whatever I attractâ
âWhy does everything go my wayâ
Or you could try activating your alter ego by visualizing a switch in your mind that you turn on off and get into your desired headspace .
Conclusion
Marilyn Monroe is a master at manifesting because she altered her identity . We all have insecurities and fears following things like manifestation and shifting.
But you choose to have those fears- what if you choose to pretend that you donât have these fears and you donât have those insecurities. What if you can manifest effortlessly and shift whenever regardless of how many times you have previously
The "I can't Visualize" Paradox
Everyone can visualize.
When it comes to shifting and manifesting it's imperative we don't limit visualization to be just about sight.
At times, I feel we can take the word too literally (due to the word having part of âvisionâ being in it) and only connect it with sight. Visualization isn't about forcing yourself to see something, but to think about it.
Lets do an exercise to test your visualization skills
what is your favorite food in this reality?
think about how you would feel if when you got home after a long day of stress you had you re favorite food. Would it bring you a sense of comfort?
Would it taste good? What would it look like?
What about a drink?
would you pair this meal with a favorite drink of yours?
Is it a tea or a soda? Or just some water to be healthy?
If your food is salty would it help your thirst?
If you answered any of the previous questions, congratulations you just passed "Fawn's Class on Visualization 101"
visualization isn't about seeing things clearly. When you're visualizing- you dont have to see every detail in every wall. When you're visualizing- you're not creating the sensations-in actually you're just thinking about them.
the next time you believe that you have trouble visualizing ask yourself questions relating to your DR-
questions such as
"Where is My DR self"
"What can I hear"
"What can I see"
you can list things from these questions and still get the same results as if you were to imagine the whole bedroom
