first year students get academic counseling in order to choose their specialty courses in lycée général. even though marinette and adrien are now second year students and don’t really need the academic counseling, they keep visiting their respective counselors because they’re nerds who are trying to one-up each other. tikki can predict marinette’s every move while plagg (unsuccessfully) tries to make adrien rebel against his father… not very professional but it is what it is
some advice: please don't do that to yourself. it mentally and emotionally wears you down. if they really are your friends, they'd embrace your interests even though they won't understand it and if they obsess over something as temporary as popularity instead of your friendship, then it isn't worth it.
ty arielle and ig im just scared? i feel like if i share my interests and hobbies they're going to shame me bc its happened before. they obsesse over it and act like their fucking grown ups. i don't hate them but sometimes i did wish i had other friends than my close friends.
