Still working on the WIP of my ghoulie Bea! Here is the lineart Iām working on the coloring and suchā¦ might end up changing things entirely and like render itā¦ hmmmmm???
She doesnāt control it so much as she ignores it really aggressively. Sheās def failed a few times but has a good control on her morals and not hurting people which helps her to push the Beast. Itās come close a couple times and sheās fallen for doing vicissitude on herself she immediately regretted and changed back (mostly correctly). Her Beast was pleased she got to hunger frenzy. That poor ghoul didnāt see it coming š
4 Do they have a hard time managing their emotions?
Both yes and no. She has a fantastic set of morals and sticks to them well. But she has pretty severe anxiety she now canāt be medicated for, and unfortunately she has a hard time accepting being a kindred. Itās getting better day by day but she has moments where she spirals bc of what it means to be what she is now. Her coterie helps a lot thankfully but itās a long road to being fully okay! Shes a character meant to be the definition of āwhy are you holding backā. Because since she was embraced there is a part of her that is angry not only at the circumstance of what she is but also how things have been going and how many people are in danger because of other factions within the chronicle.
š Favorite childhood memory
Her favorite memory from childhood was her first art show after getting on meds and into therapy. She remembers feeling well enough to be there the entire time and kept talking to people. It was thrilling and she continued to do plenty of shows after that with the help of her family and coping mechanisms :)
šø Favorite smell
For her itās between a hazelnut latte and her favorite dark chocolate that she misses. She did not get lucky with the being able to eat food merit. She however uses heightened senses to just smell things until sheās tired of it. Itās a good remedy for it she thinks :ā)
A Ventrue babe I drew a while back but never showed. Sheāll be who I play next in a chronicle. (Though the demons want others but Iām sticking to my guns).
Her name is Cassandra and sheās the owner of a club. She definitely isnāt morally questionable (lie) and has no plans to get more power (lie x2). Her hair holds so many secretes thatās why itās so big
8 Do they have any mental illnesses? How do they handle it?
If I were to guess I would say some kind of personality disorder? Like BPD, HPD, something like that. She likes things a certain way and needs attention to stay sane. She would (kinda) jokingly say sheās her favorite person though. She unfortunately is one of those people that would ignore any diagnosis even from a doctor. Because as long as what she wants to run well is running well she is perfectly fine off as far as sheās concerned.
9 Do they have a disability, physical or otherwise? How does it affect their night to night activities?
She doesnāt have any psychical disabilities? Buuut I should say she likely has autism (bc I refuse to make a chea with no neurodivergencey I would rather die). I had debated giving her a prosthetic but ended up not doing so? I donāt remember why.
Admittedly she does well as a kindred but the bright lights outside her club friendly ones are atrocious. If she could the would give her headaches if she could have them. Shes also super particular about scent, sheās had ghouls spray down friends before with freeze to save her nose.
15 How good are they at communicating?
Scarily well. Especially with those she has to talk over and demand attention from. She knows how to work a room and strike a deal for her gain. Like any Ventrue. She wants to gain allies so she can get what she wants. Some may be good canon fodder later on, who knows.
š Favorite season
Spring, despite her cold and honestly bitchy nature she loves seeing the world come to life. She misses that about her life before. Though she loves being what she is now. It feels like a natural evolution to her.
