In No Strings Attached + my general human au idea for spamtenna, the Addisons are part of a marketing firm run by the Addison family. Spencer was born into the family as Dwight Addison, but after being unlucky and never seeing his sales hitting quite like his fellow Addisons, he left to make it big in Hollywood, met his benefactor over the phone, made a deal, and became a big shot. Working with Tenna on his show was meant to be a stepping stone to greater heights, but he went and got attached and we all know how that goes in the end, no matter the AU.
Some of yall see white as a default and that's crazy to me. Tenna has no confirmed race, and in fact most people in the actual fanbase interpret him as an older black man. Where do you niggas get him being white from

yeah, itās not an original concept by any means but i couldn't get this idea out of my head. i'm calling this au āa flowerās dreamā for now. i'm not too fond of the title (yet?) so it might change to something better (update: it's called "flowers' hopes and dreams" now!). basically, the sealing of the flower kingdom's dark fountain occurred at the same time as an undertale āresetāāwhich led the seven flowers to slip into the kingdom of monsters. they're scattered throughout the underground, separated from one another, with little to no clue where they are.Ā
oh, and the human souls are gone from their containment. totally completely unrelated whatsoever!
Details/rambling below! (^o^)/
this au is heavily based on the parallelism between deltarune and undertale. the obvious being: flowery is the counterpart to flowey, the flowers are as to the fallen humans (souls), pink with mad mew mew. so, when they get dumped into undertale, their existence got linked to these associations.Ā
the human souls, within their containment, resonated with six flowers. it was strong enough that they escaped and attached themselves to them. the flowers becomeā¦ vessels, of sorts. not in a kris way tho! the human souls lie dormant, having died, with minimal consciousness. in deltarune, darkness is what gifted flowers a human form. but here, itās flipped around: the light of the soul giving them shape. its kinda like shadow puppets (light as the human soul, hand as the flower, shadow as their human appearance, darkness from the underground). the six flowers spawn at the items left behind by the fallen humans. aqua wakes up at the balcony ruins (toy knife), orange gets stuffed into the first dimensional box (tough gloves), etc. monsters think theyāre human at first but soon realize they arenāt (and later not monsters either).
as for flowery and pinkā¦
flowery and flowey share a body. right before meeting frisk (again), flowey felt something change within him. it bursted out of his stem and took on a humanoid shapeābecoming flowery. it's a case of accidental parasitism that neither of them like. flowery is in control most of, if not all, the time while flowey sits on his shoulder. he has vines wrapping around his midsection and some of his left arm, leading upward to where flowey is. flowery has a similar looking soul to the other flowers: a black heart with a red glow. the red color comes from the determination that was injected into flowey (following the red soul = determination assumption). anyway, flowery accompanies frisk in their journey despite floweyās complaints. he also has the ability to see the save points but canāt interact with them as frisk does. oh, and flowery has deep, complicated feelings about this worldās asgoreā¦
pink, in their dark world form, is dumped right next to mad mew mew. sheās a unique case of being separated from her undertale counterpart, purely because of how her story works (pinkās darkner body). pink has a special soul unrelated to humans, being half darkner and half monster. it's reminiscent of her split soul mechanic in undertale. pink is absolutely frustrated at first, due to feeling lost, before settling downā¦ before promptly freaking out at the underground history. the lightner pink is shocked about monsters being banished while the darkner pink realized darkners donāt exist in this world. she has so many emotions running through her head. however, pink later finds resolve and sets out her own adventure to find ory and the others! she also has a new friend accompanying her too, mad mew mew! they get along really well <3
moving on, undertale! not much to talk about tbh. frisk just completed a neutral run and, on floweyās advice, reset back to the beginning. however, they are completely caught off guard by these new friends. neither humans or monsters but āplantnersā! note: there is no player entity, the red soul belongs to friskās. And, chara is a ghost that follows frisk... yeah, iām old school for that.
it's not fully fleshed out or anything but thatās all i have. for anyone wondering why pink is included, i see her as a part of the bouquet. (āæā āæā )
